    Life has many changes, shifts and setbacks and at times we find ourselves unable or unprepared to respond to these changes, often leaving us feeling attacked, devastated and uninspired.

    We all experience this at some point in life, I for one know these feelings very well. You see we all have a dream of accomplishing our ultimate version of happiness and fulfilment and sometimes our happiness is just a mindset away. My mission with this book is to encourage, inspire and help you navigate towards the mindset needed to open the door to the pathway that can lead to that vision.

    If you’ve survived suffering, you’ve learned to live!!

    Suffering is an unwanted experience thrusted upon us creating a sudden influx of emotions, we often respond to this with our knee jerk reactions, this is usually an unconscious expression created by our defence mechanisms. In many circumstances this initial reaction doesn’t fix the problem and that’s where the emotional plunge begins. At this particular point we need to remind ourselves that this situation is a situation and not a life sentence!

    We are still alive thankfully, now what can we take from this?

    Process the learning points, once we gather the lessons we can then train our minds to respond better (which will improve our defence mechanisms and enable us to respond better) if such situations were to occur again.
