rushing on to love and care

trying to free us

to embody us

display our bodies.

In the car

I am writing

this praises

to you

for without care

I could not be a

good enough friend

where kindness can

only live still.

Stillness moves me

along these lines of

verse and wishes

that I hold in

for these moments

Did you not know?

All chemical reactions

are related to this intention

earth body of a human soul.

Though fear and terror exist,

the journey will not be long

this energy gives you strength

to move through this jungle.
