I feel as if I could burst out of

This body into a million atoms.

I am a pressure cooker of frustration,

Over paths not taken and goals not met.

Who Am I? Who’s life is this ?

How did I get here? Where is here?

Here is unhappiness and dissatisfaction.

More importantly how could I have

Chosen to lead myself here?.

Here to this place.

Who in their right mind chooses

Unhappiness.

The mind lies, reasons and tries

To rationalize but the body never lies.

The nausea, stomach churning,

Body aches and chest pain
