DEDICATION

Writing this was like a love letter to myself and anyone else just like me. Since 16, I struggled with coming out of my shell and really defining who Nathan truly is. Depression had me in a chokehold for years and I’m moving forward at the age of 23. Honestly, I still haven’t completely moved on from what I experienced, but life continues to soar and I feel like I’m finally catching up with the universe.

BREAK. THE. SILENCE. is my message to those who struggle with finding themselves in any part of this lifetime and speaking up for yourself. I want everyone to know that it’s ok to cry in peace.
