About this ebook
Dreams, whether real or unreal, play an important role in our lives. They can affect our emotions, behaviors and even decisions we make upon waking up.
Real dreams, like processing dreams, can help us process and deal with everyday emotions and experiences. They can help us understand our feelings and deal with difficult situations.
Unreal dreams, like surreal and fantasy dreams, can be a form of escapism from reality. They can allow us to experience things we cannot in real life or give us a break from our everyday worries and stresses.

SLEEP
Sleep is a natural state of rest that regularly occurs in cycles throughout the night in humans and many other animals. It is an important biological process that is vital to overall health and well-being.
During sleep, the body undergoes a number of physiological and neurochemical changes, including a decrease in heart rate and breathing, as well as a decrease in brain activity.
