Introduction
Any impactful person, team, or group must be able to lead. For many years, researchers have examined the psychology of leaders in order to discover the characteristics that make an effective leader. Leadership is a topic that has long been researched and debated. In this book, we will look at the basics of leadership, such as the characteristics of effective leaders and how they think. We will also talk about various leadership styles and how they can be used to help teams and organizations to achieve their objectives. But what exactly does it mean to be a leader?
