As a spiritual helper of others, when I moved to Hawaii, I wanted to know who I was with nobody to fix. I began writing a chronicle of my wisdom, experiences, and awarenesses, and posting it to social media.

As many requested a book, my nephew, as part of his spiritual awareness and knowledge of writing books, agreed to compile the writings. FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL

Thought for the day:

Stop trying to understand. Begin to experience by moving in any direction and the knowing will follow your action taken. FEAR is only False Evidence Appearing Real, and there is truly nothing to FEAR. So begin to live by moving your body away from your thoughts, and take action in your life.

Positive thoughts are created through doing, especially by helping others. Look around you and help someone less fortunate. It’s a win-win always. LOVE IS WHAT YOU ARE. It is the only thing that is truly real in the movie of life.

THE ROOT OF MANY PROBLEMS

Thought for the day:

Check yourself out today for what your greatest fear has been, and look at how it became the root of many problems. Then remember the love you have given and received in life, and just notice how that love resolved most problems and left you feeling in harmony with life. Fear is at the root of all personal and worldly problems, and Love is the answer to all problems. Choose love just for today, and learn what it feels like to live in a state of complete harmony.

Wake up to the community around you. Help at home with something that truly opens your heart to want to give. If we each contribute a little, it becomes a lot for those with needs, which happen to be many right now. What a joy it must have been for the lady angel who stood at Walmart’s layaway counter and paid on behalf of the people who could not afford to pick up their children’s Christmas presents. BE AN ANGEL FOR SOMEONE AND SHOW HOW MUCH WE CARE AS A WONDERFUL HUMANITY.

Trust in your unfolding and know that love contains all things, even the feeling of being lost inside yourself. Remember you have to get lost to get found, and transformation is not always painless but absolutely necessary if you are to get what you came here for, and give what you came here to give.

Trust the process. It is what you asked for. Love comes effortlessly when you look for it in the midst of chaos, and it will love you back, just like your pets do.

CHOOSE SOMETHING THAT YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT

Choose something you are not good at to do today. I play golf with my husband and always come in last. It has taught me tremendous humility. Then do something you are very good at and just notice it’s the same wonderful, magnificent, lovable person who does both. Pat yourself on the back for being willing to look silly, even foolish, to love that part of yourself just as much as the part that receives all the compliments.

Allow yourself to receive help as well as give it. Life is like a birthday present: you have to open it to find out what’s inside, you cannot think your way into the box. Action is necessary right now, meditation is also necessary right now, and new input is always necessary. Love is all that is real, everything else is your movie of life.

THE CHINESE YEAR OF THE WATER DRAGON

On January 22, 2012 at 11:30pm PST, we go into the Chinese Year of the Water Dragon, and in numerology 2012 is a 14 number 5 (the number of change) year. Dragons represent power from Heaven made manifest on Earth.

Remember back to the last dragon year 2000 Y2K. We didn't know until we got there if our computers would work. We had to just trust and move forward into a new millennia. That is still being recreated. The dragon's ninth son is the water dragon that puts out fire energy. Perhaps we have the opportunity to bring war to a head and just say: no, we are not going to participate.

It’s everything new, yet water states come from your heart. Before you make the changes, ask yourself what the Cherokee Indian Nation always asked: what effect will my actions have on 9 generations from now? Always consider your relations, children, grandchildren, neighbors, community and the World in which you live. If the change is in your heart, be a warrior and move without knowing how you are going to get there. I love the courage that you show by choosing to be here at this most miraculous time. Go for it.

FEELINGS WILL ALWAYS PRESENT THEMSELVES

Let’s take a look at a feeling today. Feelings will always present themselves. The truth is they are only energies running through us. So when any emotion presents itself, do not, I repeat, do not allow your mind to take control over the energy of emotion. Instead, stay present with the feeling and focus your attention on something you truly love, like a scene at the ocean or in the mountains. Something that brings you that wonderful feeling of peace.

Begin to breathe deeper, and maybe each day you could focus on using this powerful technique to take control of your feelings, allowing them along with something wonderful to come to you. Acknowledge that this feeling, whatever it is, is happening inside a dynamic, magnificent, creative, inspirational, perfection of God. Allow the good energies, without looking forward or backwards in your life, to just flow through you, around you, and into all things.

Remember, the past has already happened, and it’s no longer real. The future is not here yet, and your mind only holds maybe 10% of the truth to this feeling. The present moment is in your hands. What do you want to do with it? Stay present and allow.

WHEN YOU ARE IN A STATE OF LOVE, YOU EXPAND

Please be mindful today of how, when you are in a state of love, you expand and your consciousness expands, and you do not have to analyze that experience. Use the power of love as the way to expand every aspect of your life, and become aware of how thoughts are used to try to deny a feeling that is moving through you.

Stay with merging love with all emotion. It does take practice, but remember, you are love. The mind is just an idea much smaller than your consciousness. Practice love-consciousness merging with any feeling and you will naturally evolve into the next dimension, which holds so much more love and natural manifestations. Happy Journey to Love in all things.

THE PRACTICE OF FORGIVENESS

The Practice of Forgiveness:

Whenever a person or situation presents itself and triggers your emotions, stop what you are doing, close your eyes, and put the person or situation into your consciousness in front of you. No matter what you want to think, from where you are, ask that person or situation for forgiveness for whatever you could have done in this life, or any other life, that could have caused the situation to occur. Then forgive yourself for whatever response you had to the situation. Ask to have the karmic string released, and all conditions to be healed: past, present and future. Then release the person or situation into the light and love of God consciousness, and be sure to include yourself. Take a deep breath and you will once again feel free.

OUR SENSITIVITY HEIGHTENS WHEN SORROW KNOCKS ON OUR DOOR

Letting go of those you love isn't always comfortable, but it makes you oh-so-aware of how much love you have to give. Our sensitivity heightens when sorrow knocks on our door. There truly is no death, only a change of forms. But we have to be willing to let go of our past, and even those people who make up our past, and yet hold the memories that are dear to us about those people who have left our life. Those memories keep them alive in our hearts forever.

Mortality is in the people who love us and who we love. Love is the never-ending reality that we share, so let’s just do more of that. God bless each and every one of you, and thank you for being you.

A MAGICAL PLACE OF ANY AND ALL POSSIBILITIES

The World is a magical place of any and all possibilities when you view it through the laughing eyes of a teenager. Their hopes and dreams are still something they are reaching for, to remind each of us, we can still reach for ours as well.

Laughter is such a powerful tool for healing our hearts. I read recently that when we are in a state of fear, we actually take our attention away from our hearts. Remember that the next time fear comes to visit. Don't give in to that illusion. Stay mindful of the fullness of your heart and the illusion will fall away naturally. Anxiety is just fear given attention, so it takes over, and you are no longer in charge. You are not your mind, nor are you your emotions. You are so much bigger than that.

In the stillness of your being is the truth of who you are. Be grateful and forgive. These are the two doorways to peace within and without. Spend time in reflection, meditation and prayer. Find soft music, look at nature, make a list of gratitude, and send out forgiveness. The day of love is almost upon us. Love one another until you feel so full you can bless the entire world.

STRESS IS ONLY A SIGNAL TO SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE

STRESS is only a signal to simplify your life. Too much going on that you have no control of. Sound familiar? Well, guess what? You are really not in charge of the future anyway. So just let go and breathe in the present moment. It is sacred, treasured and beautiful. Everything is being provided for you in this precious moment. Don't wander or stray back into the past that already happened, or into the future that isn't here as yet. Just breathe in this moment, breathe into this precious vehicle called you.

All enlightenment can only occur right here, right now. Don't give power to the illusion of you. Be who you are when you love yourself the most. Treasure your unique being in what is real: this present moment. Love it with every part of you. Fall into love with yourself right here, right now.

I drive by this Christian Church every day, and they have this posting out front that says: Yesterday is history and tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift because it is called the present. Lovely, isn't it? This is so true. Take it a little deeper inside, and you will know that living each moment fully, without judgment, is the art form of life. Much love to each of you.

EVERYWHERE I LOOK, I WITNESS BEAUTY

The birds are singing, clouds are forming on the mountains, and the trade winds are caressing the trees into the dance of life. Everywhere I look, I witness beauty, and I am reminded of the exquisiteness of creation in the flowers, the trees, the sun, the wind, and all the wonderful sounds of life all around me.

Moments of absolute joy fill me here in Paradise. I see love in my husband's eyes as he creates something new or discovers something growing in his ever-expanding garden. I have never had the time in my life before to be still and reflect on the beauty all around me. To be able to decide in every moment what I want to fill my moments with, including responsibilities to my home and life. I am touched by simple pleasures, and I have been given an opportunity to live more in my higher realms of awareness.

It makes me know so clearly how I am here to be an extension of all of life, allowing each step to unfold without my mind’s prompting. Being is all-knowing, and allows for such beauty to surface all the time. I am blessed and you are blessed. Notice what you give your attention to.

Go find a young child and let that child teach you how to be you. They know how, you just forgot. Take a refresher course from a 4-year old. You will find out very fast what is most important. Who cares what you look like?

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THE INCREDIBLE POWER

You are God. Now, be the God you want to believe is the creator of all miracles, all abundance, all beauty. You are that.

State: I Am That I Am and finish it with wonder, beauty, spirituality, love, and trust. Be able to shift, through the God that you are, all things. Place cooperation in front of competition in all that you do.

You will not believe the incredible power that can share and care when you allow the God that is seeing through your eyes, hearing through your ears, speaking through your mouth, and feeling through your heart into your life at all times. Not just when you are in prayer or meditation, but instead see it in everyone and everything, and watch the magic flow. How can you not do it?

THE ONE GOD WHICH WE HOLD WITHIN OURSELVES

We are all manifestations of the one God which we hold within ourselves. Not in our body, but in the holy spirit contained within the higher selves of each of us. I am channeling an answer to you from my guidance, and it is important that you follow the path of love for yourself and all others that fits within your connection to that which we call God. All lives, past, present and future, are happening at the same time, and nothing is constant. It fluctuates by our imagination, actions and beliefs. To place feelings with created results, that open ourselves to the immenseness that we are, moves mountains.

One of the false concepts coming up right now is we have spent lifetimes not manifesting what we desire, even though we are loving, caring beings, due to our belief in the suffering of Christ. Recently as I was giving someone else a reading, what came through was: the message was not in the suffering, it was in the resurrection of Christ that we are to know we can let go of the monkey mind’s patterning at any moment, and fulfill the promise that was placed within us by God in the beginning.

It is like a treasure hunt into the deepest part, the silence, of being. For the stiller you become, through meditation and going into the heart of that which you are, profound, connected dreams that serve others, and yourself, that you feel in every cell of your being will arise, and the manifestation of the dream arises with it.

We connect in our daily lives to various past and future lives that serve our reason for being. The key is that there are many distractions to keep us out of our present moment, which is where truth and the ability to manifest really live. Stay focused on the beauty in front of your eyes in every moment, and watch how your World opens in a way that serves all.

FOCUS ON A PLANET THAT CARES AND SHARES

Uranus and Pluto are about to conjunct each other. One is upheaval to release what is no longer meant to go on with you, and Pluto represents collective karma, old authorities that no longer serve us, and they will be conjunct for about 4 years. It will probably take that long for the restructuring and transforming of our educational, political and economic new world to evolve. It isn't a bad thing, unless you hold on to something meant to be released.

Start to focus on a planet that cares and shares without so much control and greed from money. Start to imagine a nurturing of a World without boundaries on cultures, religions or races.

Right now we have an old-fashioned, outdated faction out there that is bent on taking away the rights of women to decide on contraception and what happens to their bodies. Pay attention women. We have only been able to vote since 1920. Wake up please, and put your hat in the ring to wake up your sisters, if you want your daughters and granddaughters to have choices in their lives in the future.

We are moving into the Aquarian Age, which removes men in leadership positions, and places the women of the world there. Are we ready for this? The reason we are being singled out right now is to get us to pay attention, and do something about it.

We are way past being stuck in servitude and being victims of life. We are the life creators, and as that, we have got to help our brothers along in bringing back a cooperative existence between all factions. Teaching them to speak to one another without fighting. To stop sending our children to wars over the greed of nations.

We are too aware to condemn one another. We are tearing up the planet for her resources instead of using what is free, or better yet, protecting the mother we walk upon each day. We were given a Paradise to live on, and it is our responsibility to be as much a parent to this beautiful World as to our children, for all creatures large and small are our responsibility. All the water, forests and oceans of the World are our responsibility.

Wake up, before Mother Earth decides to roll over and shake us off like fleas on her back. She could, and you know it.

FOR THE UPCOMING TIMES ON THIS PLANET

If I were to give you one thought, just one idea for the upcoming times on this planet, I would say to stay in your heart, and believe in the Power of Your Wishes and Dreams for the World you want to live in. No one needs to know what that looks like except you, God, and the Planet. Trust in your deserving to be loved, and to love, to share and to care. Believe in the best of your brothers and sisters.

This is the first, the beginning of the rest of your life. Make it count for all of us please. We trust in you, no matter what you choose. Share yourself from that place that knows. God Bless each of you.

PRETEND THAT YOU ARE IN SLOW MOTION

Please please please, listen to your intuition prior to going anywhere or doing anything, and pretend that you are in slow motion, so you have the time for the intuitive knower to connect to your mind. The heart is your best guide right now, and your worst enemy is the ego-driven monkey mind.

There will be many unfortunate and blessed events taking place around the globe, as we have unusual times we are living in right now, and it is a time for moving through knowing before you move, rather than thinking things through. The mind hasn't a clue how to live in the Aquarian Age.

Learn kinesiology, for example, by making a circle with your left hand using your thumb and index finger. Now do the same with your right hand, and interlock the two circles of your thumbs and forefingers together. As you pull your hands away from each other, ask your body what a yes is. If the circles hold and don't disconnect, that is a yes response. If the circles break, that is a yes for you. Then, interlock again and ask your body to give you a no response. If it breaks, you now know a no for you. It is different with each of us. Now, whenever a decision about something comes up that you are unsure of, use this technique. It connects to the knower within.

PLEASE pay attention to what is going on around you. Stay healthy, safe and at peace. Slow down and listen with your heart.

THOUGHTS ARE THINGS

When your mind wants to move out of a positive state of being, in the moment, take yourself to somewhere in your mind that is beautiful, and fills you with a state of wonder, utilizing all of your senses. Remember, thoughts are things, and right now everything is manifesting, so monitor those little thoughts consciously. Stop trying to analyze how you are creating what is happening, and instead focus on a happy ending, rather than waste your time in no-man’s land trying to figure things out.

Feel your feelings without attachment. They are just energies, and everything is energy without thought attached. Be aware of yourself, and stretch your awareness to your surroundings with a golden light of love and peace for all others. Try to watch inspiring shows and movies rather than things that promote fear.

Stay away from people who emotionally drain you right now. Send them love and light. Don't get caught up in someone else's drama or imagined chaos, as it is something within their chosen path they are working through right now. They only need your love and encouragement to find their own way, which will resolve something that they chose to do in this life.

Observe, be kind, be awake and aware of yourself. Take time to reflect and meditate, and remember you can change the World, as you are a powerful co-creator of this plane of existence, which is evolving right now.

A MONTH FILLED WITH UNIQUE CREATIVE ABILITY TO MANIFEST ANYTHING

Okay. Here we go. August is a month filled with unique creative ability to manifest anything your little heart desires. One powerful full moon in Aquarius on the 1st that says: be the positive you, not a duplicate of anyone else. And at the end of the month, a blue moon which is a second full moon in Pisces, which says: dream big for you and the planet you live on. Soon Mars will be going into the warrior sign of Scorpio for focus, focus, focus on what you want your life and your World to look like.

Now we are trying to move into a more peaceful, loving, harmonious World, and each of us has to become more peaceful, loving and harmonious in our own lives in order to be able to accomplish this. So this is the month, July, to clean house. Who have you not forgiven? What habit still owns you that doesn't contribute to your wellness? What are you still afraid to lose? What are you still afraid to bring into your life that would honor it? Have you thanked everyone in your life for being there?

Forgiveness and Appreciation are the two keys to a much more allowing World. Be the first on your block to do an inventory of your life and send thank you notes to the people who have helped you become who you are, and forgiveness to those you need to forgive, including yourself, and just notice how much lighter life has become. Now you can be a clear guiding light for the rest of us as well as yourself.

EVERYBODY NOTICES HOW WONDERFUL FOOD TASTES HERE

Wow! Having a wonderful time with family here in beautiful Kauai. Everybody notices how wonderful food tastes here. All your senses are alive for sure. It is a state of meditation with your eyes open. Ocean all around us, sun shining down on us, trade winds caressing us like liquid silk, and the smells of flowers like the night-blooming jasmine. So how could the taste of everything not reward us as well?

WE WERE BORN INTO AN ILLUSION

One exciting full moon in Aquarius to lift our spirits and another coming. The blue moon will be in Pisces, the dreamer who is not afraid to let go of the bad dreams of the past, and create new ones of possibilities for the future. This is such a magical month, don't waste it. Focus your energy on all the many wonderful ways you wish to be, and how you will share it with your World. We need you out there. Change the World, it is time.

We were born into an illusion, and we can alter that illusion at any time, if we only would spend our thoughtful moments creating and believing in what could be, not what is. Don't waste time on what you cannot control. Instead believe in the magic of your imagination over all things, as long as it aligns with your heart.

The rest is up to each of you, and I trust and believe in all of you, so go for it. What do you have to lose anyway?

Life is eternal. Only the form you are in changes. You, the you that you are, is forever. So live your life knowing that all things are sacred. Gratitude and forgiveness done on a daily basis releases new depths of joy.

Know God in your heart, not your mind. Know all people with your heart. Practice heart first in all that you do. Even when you have to take a stand on something you believe in, do it harmlessly to yourself and others.

Good deeds are a natural way to release depression, sadness and anxiety. The good is returned in so many ways, you will wonder why you didn't do this earlier. Don't, however, bury your head in the sand. State your truth. Be willing to agree to disagree and still love the people you don't agree with.

WHAT DO YOU TRULY BELIEVE IN?

Who are you, and what do you truly believe in? Community? Then focus on that. Love? Then focus on that. Justify a cause? Then focus on that. Don't get caught in the many illusions running amok right now. Stand in your truth and follow through. Don't allow others to talk you out of what you believe in.

To paraphrase Bill Cosby: I don't know what success is, but I do know that trying to please everybody is failure. You were not born to please everyone. You were born to know that what gives you passion is your purpose. Now just go for it!

THE LUCKIEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD

We, those of us who choose truth, passion and compassion, are the luckiest people in the World. We don't have to look over our shoulder and wonder, or even remember what we did or said. We remember because it truly happened.

We are our brother’s keeper, and each of us needs to participate in change that makes our World a better place. Tomorrow is International Peace Day. Celebrate through prayer and meditation, and help somebody. Give your hand to someone in need, and let them know that you care. Don't wait for your legislatures to do it, JUST DO IT. You are the change you are looking for.

Stand in your truth and listen to people with your heart open. Don't be a follower. Be who you are: an original work of art. That is your gift to life. Lead in whatever way you feel the most skilled at.

THE AGE OF THE GODDESS

This is the Age of the Goddess, the Matriarch, as we completed our Piscean Age of the Patriarch in line with the Mayan Calendar. Each of us, male and female, child and adult, has a brain with a left side that analyzes, criticizes, picks apart, calculates, and is linear in its approach to all things. It is the patriarch side of your brain.

The right-brain is fluid. It connects to your senses, it harmonizes, supports your good feelings, and wants to see similarities and community with nature that stimulates it, art, music, and most of all, your brothers and sisters and the World you live in. So it is time to take your special gifts and share in peace and love with the World you live in. This is the matriarch side of your brain, and it supports World Peace, Global Weather patterns, and the end of war, which has never served anyone.

It is time for our leaders, in all places, to move with the right side of the brain, and work towards cooperation, community, and resolution through trust and togetherness, instead of separation as we have done in the past. We end up being allies with every country we war with, so let’s make a different choice: to be allies without the war. If you want a closer look at what war does to people, I highly recommend you read a book called Warrior In Silence by Ord Elliott. It will open many doors as to what happens to people trained to kill, rather than nurture, and the government that sends them into that war.

I encourage each of you to move from fear to faith, and see in every person you meet something special that is both wondrous and enlightening. Try to do a mental diet with the left side of your brain. Don't feed negativity or criticism. Use the left side for math, and all the good things that a linear process does.

EXPECT A MIRACLE

Expect a miracle. Your very existence is a miracle, and always has been. You are living within yourself. The body is a mirage within the spectrum of the living you beyond all dimensions, and yet most of us relate to the small us, rather than the larger being that we are. The wisdom of faith in all things surrounds us in nature, and kindness of spirit is prevalent every moment of every hour of every day.

Live big. Have faith in the miracles that surround you. Be positive in all that you do. Develop a sense of humor. Always look beyond yourself for the gratitude of living, and forgive others as well as yourself. A thousand bows of gratitude for being here at this most wonderful time. Namaste.

NATURE OPENS THE DOOR TO OUR HEART

As we were driving to the hospital in Everett yesterday, we were entertained by a beautiful aerial dance of two bald-head American Eagles, diving and soaring above and in front of us for several miles. It was an amazing display, and it left us breathless with inspiration. Nature has a way of opening the door to our heart without reservations. The wonder of it all expands me in ways that leaves me in a state of gratitude for every moment, every hour, every day, and I know in the deepest part of my being what a gift life here on Earth is.

Nature is the greatest teacher for me. Look out your window at the World you live in, and I am sure you will latch onto some exquisiteness in nature to honor, and leave you smiling or breathless. Open-eyed meditations can fill the soul effortlessly. Blessings to each of you with every breath you take.

THE PATH TO ILLUMINATION BEGINS WITH RISING ABOVE LIMITING IDEAS

I have never seen so many American bald eagles before. They are everywhere, and I smile at the message they impart. The path to illumination begins with rising above limiting ideas, and being willing to allow the Great Spirit to ignite, through the light of your creation, a larger consciousness to move within. In order to do that, you have to make friends with the shadow of life, the unknown, or putting it simply: that which you fear individually has to be allowed to walk with you, without judgment of any kind. That, my friends, is true freedom.

Walk with the shadow and the light in your life, and trust in the Power of That which you are. The part of you that is seeking, is what is being sought. Rest, trusting within that which you are. The best is yet to come, and it will arrive when you allow yourself to be courageous and vulnerable all at the same time. The touch of a breeze can be monumental in this state of being, and a smile can heal anyone or anything. Pure Magic right where you live.

AN OPEN DOOR TO ALLOWING RATHER THAN CONTROLLING

To be present with sadness, without judgment, opens a very special way of surrendering to honest reflection of life in all its wonder. An open door to allowing rather than controlling. Being present takes on a totally new meaning. Sounds become intensified, the senses take over, and the mind relaxes into all things sensed through sight, sound and feelings.

Compassion for myself and my world becomes the overriding awareness, and I am humbled at this incredible gift called life. Please please please, honor everything and everyone around you, and know that you are oh-so-loved.

WHAT KIND OF GARDEN DO YOU WANT TO FEED?

Women of the World: only we can influence our brothers to stop warring. Where we put out energy grows daily. If we provide funds for our children, then our children can grow. if we provide funds for war toys, then more people in other places create more war toys to fight us with. What kind of garden do you want to feed?

When a rich person feels it is more important that their portfolio does not have to increase paying taxes, and chooses to keep the money and let a child starve, what does that say about them? We have to educate the masses on the reality that we are all connected. If one survives, all survive. If one does not survive, then none survive. It is that simple. So please, get out there and wake the people up. Freedom and justice for all, not just the wealthy or politically owned.

WE WILL ALL KNOW LIFE IS WORKING WHEN...

We will all know life is working when we spend the same amount of time on wonderful, positive happenings in the World that we spend on tragedy. When someone is taken from us, a part of us dies, and when someone is born a part of us takes on a new life that is eternal. We may take a different form, but we never truly die, only our physical body lets go.

Each time somebody wants to pass laws around women, let’s all remind them they didn't protect through gun control, so why would they then pass rules around women’s choices that are absolutely legal and only their body is involved?

When we begin to take care of the society by: returning to opening up our mental health facilities, removing people who are criminally insane from the public, educating, counseling and overseeing our children, their education, and our communities, we will then begin to be the change we wish to see in the World. One person at a time can make a huge difference.

Meditation has been proven to soften the crime scene in cities that meditate. What you focus on grows. So focus on love, caring and resolution, and know that every child is your child, every man is your brother, every woman is your sister, and every senior your auntie or uncle. There is nothing outside of you, and you will be accountable for all beings under God. So love one another as you would love yourself, and the World has a possibility of evolving with you.

WE ARE ALL CONNECTED AT THE SOUL LEVEL

I would like to share my experience of the idea that we are all connected at the soul level. We’re connected even at the physical, emotional and mental levels as well. We have spiritual umbilical cords that connect to people, places, and things by our belief systems, our past, present and future connections, and karma. We manifest energy forms when we need them, and angels when we need them, and always when a problem arises the answer comes with it. That is why worrying about things prior to experiencing is a waste of time and energy.

As Einstein said: connect the energy to what you want, and it is effortless to manifest. Not magic, but pure science was his statement regarding the magnet of attraction, from the energy of true, committed, intended desire with all your energy agreeing.

So why not take a moment and commit your energy to the peaceful resolution of freedom for all in the World we live in. A World without war, suffering or sacrifice. A World with the deepest level of caring for all its inhabitants. That is the world I wish to live in. How about you?

LET GO OF WHAT SEPARATES US FROM LOVING ONE ANOTHER

There is no right or wrong where religions are concerned, only limitations to the truth. When one leaves their body, it is love that prevails, and at first they will go to a place that agrees with their belief system. Connection deep within the soul, as is done in the ancient religions of meditation, which involves love for all, is the closest for each to be able to stand in the light of our creator. It is our purpose to let go of what separates us from loving one another, and whatever religion helps us open our hearts to every living thing takes us back to the truth.

Yes, I did say back because each individual can have a different experience of passing over to the other side based on their consciousness and their guides. The planet right now is functioning on a fear-based consciousness, which allows for disagreement. The only way out of this consciousness is to lift your own to a state of love that permeates every flower, every living thing, all of nature, all of life. Focus on love. Every time you look into a beautiful face, see all the people of the World looking back at you, and lift lift lift. Don't spend time evaluating religion. Find your own way to love.

SOME QUESTIONS ARE TO BE LIVED BY INDIVIDUALS

It is like breathing, effortless. He speaks through our deep soul connection, and I hear his answers in my mind as I think, or type, or ask a question. It is the most effortless thing that I do. However, there are some questions that are to be lived by individuals, rather than arrived at by another, so sometimes personal questions may not be answered. God can't fix everything, and the reason is because we were given free will, and have soul journeys to accomplish various expanding experiences.

First of all, there is no death, only a change of form. We either are expanding or contracting energies. When we love we expand. When we fight we contract. If you wish to experience on a small level the experience of cutting the cord to the body, stand in nature somewhere that you love, and allow your larger energetic self to expand and touch everything around you, to the point where you lose yourself in every leaf, every grain of sand, the breeze that caresses your face. Stay in that expansion until your mind stops thinking, and if you can in that moment allow your heart to expand to all of life, that is having Heaven on Earth. Please for everyone, see beyond what is going on in life to the World you wish to live in, and focus your energy on the divine for all.

WHEN WE CUT THE CORD TO OUR PHYSICAL BODY

In answer to your question, please be open minded when you read my answer. We here in body live in separation, as we connect to our physical form rather than consciousness, which contains all things at the same time. When we cut the cord to our physical body, all time becomes present. What we perceive as past, present and future are all available to us, and we do not move in a physical form. We connect back to all that is, and live in energetic bodies.

Love is eternal, therefore everyone you love and those who love you are always in the ether, and can be all places at once. Heaven is not above you or beneath you, but dimensionally beside you, so to speak. Whenever you acknowledge a loved one, they are there, and will give you messages to let you know they are there.

Allow spirit to be more present in your life, as your ancestors are as close as your breath. Know that they are aware of the purpose of your life, and assist you every day. So trust in the power of love. It is what connects all living things on all dimensions.

Since all of life has free will, always call upon your guardians, protectors, angels, and ancestors, and ask all else to move on to progression, as there are more levels of spiritual growth on the other side than here. I use the words: For The Highest Good Of All Concerned, Without Fear or Attachment, I call upon Divine Guidance to Assist me, or my client, or the World.

If you have a religion or belief system, connect to the love and release the fear. Fear is what controls people here on Earth, and it is not real. There is nothing to truly lose.

Love One Another and stop worrying about things. Let go of fear and just allow happiness to be a way of life. Do the things that allow you to help others as well as yourself. Be at peace, and give your thoughts to the positive, so that the World can be a better place for you and your loved ones. Take a risk to find out who you truly are.

THE MIND IS A TRICKY FRIEND

The mind is a tricky friend. It wants to explore knowing, instead of experiencing knowing. It wants right and wrong, black and white answers where there are no absolutes. The mind does this to try to be either right, or to hopefully escape fear.

We were taught the mind-over-matter philosophy, and now we have to unlearn it, in order to be present and totally available to experiencing and knowing, without words. Living from our higher selves gives purpose to all that we do, and lifts the I AM consciousness to include everything and everyone.

OUR WORLD REFLECTS OUR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS

Our World reflects our thoughts and feelings, and we co-created everything that goes on in our World. Once we can accept full accountability and responsibility for that statement, we are no longer victims, and can lift our consciousness higher to open up new possibilities, like Field of Dreams. Envision your perfect World, and behave, think, and feel as if you were already living in that World. Expect ongoing miracles, joys and happiness.

See all beings cared for. See the Creator God, Christ, Buddha, speaking through all voices. Hear love in all music, dance, joy, speech, laughter, and above all, turn your attention away from the negative so that the positive may grow all around you. Appreciate all that you have, and honor all of life, no matter how small. If you take care of all the small things in your life, you just may prevent the big issues from being co-created.

I believe and honor the sacredness of each of you. I know that you have it in your heart to love everything and everyone. So just for today, love something or someone that has been difficult for you. Remove that obstacle from your life. Accept that you came with a purpose, and you don't have to look outside of yourself to find that purpose, for it is contained within you.

Where your energy grows the most is where you can have the most effect. Love the World the way you love your children, grandchildren, mates or pets. Make Love the first priority, the first thought, the first feeling, the first way of being. Life, then, will begin to grow in the most wondrous ways.

LOVE LIFTS ALL OF US OUT OF THE DARKNESS

Love lifts all of us out of the darkness of fear, low self-esteem, judgment, and war in all areas of life. Love is the truth that opens all doors, allows acceptance of all things, and teaches trust. When you put love as the only option to life, you are guided miraculously through all situations with anything that is presently challenging you in your life.

You will see very quickly the people around you and what path they have chosen. Don't judge it, rise above it. You are what you have been waiting for. Your passion, your truth, your service to humanity, that is why you are here.

Human kindness comes from compassion. Human service guides the way for all to be lifted. Everything has free will, therefore it becomes your choice to live with hope or fear. Separation belongs to he last century, and not to the golden Aquarian age of community.

Nothing is out to get you; that is such an illusion. Nobody is being punished. There is a gift in all experiences if you just take the time to allow the gift to unfold for you. The Christ child is within you, the golden Buddha. You express the love of the father mother God. Express that which expands you, and lend a hand outside of you.

One in every five children are going hungry each day, and we can feed them, so let’s do it. Check out Feed the Children and do your part. It is loving to resolve for others something they cannot resolve for themselves. It is what makes us caring, sharing human beings.

Put your faith to work today. Do something for someone, or some cause you truly believe in. You can change the world one day at a time. Go for it.

YOU HOLD THE POWER TO BRING HEAVEN ON EARTH

I read a beautiful story about Pay It Forward this morning, and the thought that crossed my mind is: who benefited more, the giver or the receiver? When we give, we create an energy of love, kindness and compassion, and the receiver opens their own heart to gratitude, belief in humanity, and relief, which opens their door for the goodness to come even more.

I believe that is what connects us as a community of people who care and share with one another. The less we separate, and the more we create and give to one another, the more powerful the human experience will be, and nothing can own you. That's right, nothing. You become a God-filled being of goodness, and who can own that? Don't believe the news you read or hear. The politicians’ information is limited on TV and in newspapers, because it doesn't allow for the power of creation, God, and the human capacity to love and care.

You hold the power to bring Heaven on Earth one experience at a time. Go Pay It Forward today. Do something for someone or something you believe in. Your day will magically improve once you do something kind, just for the experience of being that vessel of goodness we all know that you are.

WHEN YOU GET UP EACH DAY, START FRESH

To open up to more awareness, practice not looking backwards. When you get up each day, start fresh. See, hear and feel the World around you without all the gibberish the mind wants to feed you. To be in the present moment requires your full attention, absent of thought.

Muktinanda taught a technique for meditating where you thought and heard the sound of so with the in-breath, and hum with the out-breath, in order to stop the mind from interfering. I find it also slows down the heart rate and blood pressure, and expands consciousness even with your eyes open. Give it a try.

There is so much growth right now on the planet. Our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bodies are lifting, and to help the process, forgive and release the past, and start moving forward to your dreams, your reason for being here. Know that the minute the idea comes, help comes with it to assist you. So you are never alone in all new experiences.

When you are afraid of the unknown, look around you and focus on all the people you love and who support you in being you. You are the gift that you give to life. You are that extension of the living God in all things, and so is everyone else, regardless of race or religion. We were all created by the same creator, and that makes each person very special.
