We have several friend, man and women in their 50s. They are gaining weight, very easy to get exhausted, have some medical condition, not a happy person as well. These friends are easier to get sick. They believe that their condition are The Normal Aging of human being.

I met a friend in a Fitness Centre, who seemed 45, but he introduced his own daughter of 30 year old.
