All responsibility for success and failure rests with the leader of any team or organization. Everything under the leader's control must be taken responsibility for. Nobody else can be held responsible. Therefore, leaders must face their mistakes and shortcomings and devise a winning strategy.
Organizations are constantly seeking effective leaders to survive difficult times or thrive in a crowded industry. Great leaders have the ability to gain their team's respect. But, above all, they motivate with a strong vision and bring their entire team together to achieve a single objective.
Although natural-born leaders are uncommon, it is not difficult to learn leadership qualities. So who should we learn leadership skills from if they can be
