The positive method is a new approach that integrates Seligman’s and Roberts’s research. It allows you to relive the moments when you were closest to your full potential, which improves your mental well-being and helps you reach your dreams and goals.

The brain’s seeking system is activated when we reflect on our unique values, and it releases dopamine, a neurotransmitter linked to motivation and pleasure. Positive emotions allow us to cope with the task at hand instead of being bogged down by fear and threat.
