    One of my favorite Christmas shows growing up was Santa Claus Is Coming to Town. One of the scenes that changed my life as a 4 or 5-year-old, involved the character, Winter Warlock. In this scene Chris Kringle, was on his way back from delivering toys, when Winter Warlock stopped him for trespassing and was about to do away with him, when Santa Claus gave him a toy train engine. That act of caring melted Mr. Warlock’s icy heart. Mr. Warlock wasn’t sure if the change would last, so Mr. Kringle began helping him by singing a song called Put One Foot in Front of the Other. That song became my default message I adopt when faced with a challenge and still is today.

    When you think about the possibility of transformation (change), it can be such an overwhelming thought. Questions like: What
