DO you feel like you have days where you just feel like you cannot go any further than where you are? It may not be days...it could be weeks; months or even years.
I HAVE BEEN THERE! Lessons Learned is a lot of things to me, but most importantly, it is a culmination of the advice that I have received over the years condensed into five short chapters.
It is advice from mentors (living and deceased); it is advice from friends and it is advice form my mother and my grandmother who are hopefully smiling down on me.
This book is a love letter to me that I now am sharing with you in hopes of it doing for you what it has done for me. Lessons Learned takes you through a five step process of breaking through the mire of failure; depression; anxiety; a job you hate; anything that you can think of that makes you feel stuck and equips you with the tools to break free and launch out into your destiny.

Introduction
Our lives will always move in the direction of our strongest thoughts because what we think and concentrate on will shape who we are and who we are shapes the type of life that we live. Therefore, if you want to change the trajectory of your life, then change the trajectory of your thinking. Lessons learned is a three phase five lesson process that starts with thought; then moves to action and then ends with experience. However, this process is locked into a perpetual cycle because experience changes your thoughts and bridges the gap between thoughts and action.
