As the technological tools that we have at our disposal improve, they allow us to do more things, to do great things, but they also make us more and more dependent on our cell phones, dependent on our internet connection or dependent on the applications that we use.

When our mind works on autopilot, we are infinitely more likely to be manipulated by technology and that same technology can make us productive or generate anxiety and even decrease our life expectancy.

The notification system of our phones, that is, every time a like, a comment or an email, etc., comes in, it acts in our brain exactly like the most addictive drugs, releasing a dopamine discharge.
