The technique that all be talking about in this guide is one to calm the mind, capable even, to achieve inner peace: meditation.
By not being able to clear the mind, a vital state of tension, fear, and suffering is produced. In general, most of our thoughts are negative and self-protective, which does not allow us to open ourselves to positive experiences in life. Find out how this mechanism works with our meditation books.
Meditation is the mental training that seeks to direct attention to the present moment, letting thoughts pass without attaching ourselves to any. Meditating is not always easy since we tend to retain thoughts, turn them over, generating a successive chain in which we submit the entire day. It takes practice, perseverance, and discipline to master the technique. The ultimate goal of meditation is to find inner peace.
There are a lot of benefits if you do meditation because it is possible to manage emotions very well, abandoning the judgments before them. According to the practitioners of meditation, emotions are not harmful by themselves; what is harmful are the thoughts that can be born out of feelings, bad thoughts. The repression of emotion creates the holding effect that meditation seeks to release.

Hi! I am a modern Mexican writer with very creative ideas; I have many experiences to tell and many stories to tell; I have had a life that has had too many ups and downs throughout my youth. Additionally, I am a very modern person, all the time, and I am reading, watching videos, series, movies of all kinds, and amazed at how wonderful technology is. I hope to see you reflected on all my knowledge and experiences throughout all my books. Soon I will be publishing more and more as time goes by. I have many finished works, but the details and final editions are missing.

We continued chatting for maybe half an hour, and finally, we hung up the phone. We have talked about so many things with our friend that we have almost forgotten we were writing a letter, and we have talked for so long that we feel thirsty. So we walk around the kitchen and put the kettle on the fire to make ourselves a cup of tea. We are waiting for the water to boil, we hear a pleasant sound coming from the other side of the wall, from the next door, and when we realize that it is the radio, we think that we could also listen to music. So we run into the next room, turn on the radio, and start listening to a song. When this one ends, another one begins, and we also want to hear it. So time goes by, and, logically, we have forgotten the water in the kettle that is boiling. Just when we are in the middle of
