    Psyche Qi meditation is a powerful practice that can bring profound healing and development to your life. Developed by an individual who was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and committed two counts of arson, this practice was born out of a personal journey towards healing and wholeness. This individual was left for nearly a year on a high-security unit in a psychiatric hospital, where he prayed earnestly to escape his current mindset and find a way to pick up his broken parts.

    As he delved deeper into his own psyche, the author came to understand that the subconscious mind held the answers he was seeking. With a little help from a higher power, he was able to reverse engineer his mental illness and rebuild a new mind. Meditation was the passive energy that he needed to power the brain’s healing, and he found that it was the key to unlocking his own potential.

    Through this practice, the author was able to heal and grow in ways that he never thought possible. He found that the more he meditated, the more he was able to connect with his inner self and access the deep well of knowledge and wisdom that resides within each of us.     Psyche Qi is a meditation practice that focuses concentration upon the brain to direct Qi, the mysterious and real evolutionary energy that supports supernatural healing. It is now the growing meditation practice for improved mental health. I am living proof of its power. 

    After three years of meditation practice, I was stable enough to start a degree in mental health, language and creativity. I went on to qualify as a teacher in meditation and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Divinity.

This exploitation has led to a society that is focused on material wealth and power, rather than spiritual well-being.
