    It reminds you to love, encourage and celebrate yourself. Make you more aware of your true self. It helps you get back in touch with your greater self. A way to forgive yourself also for any shame or guilt you may have been caring around with yourself. I also think as you learn to better love, encourage, appreciate a nd celebrate yourself you become a much better person to yourself and in turn to whoever’s life you are able to do the same for. High five your self every morning and you can do the same to life and all those you touch. Amen :))
