About this ebook

Tantra. Even the word seems mysterious, mythical, and strange, rippling on your tongue like soft, sexy, and seductive. Say it aloud (with the correct pronunciation "Tahn-trrrrrah"), letting the Rrrr roll through your mouth and cutting yourself on the tip of your tongue. I'm not going to deny it ... this book is a little different from what I usually write because honestly, tantra is very different from what I usually write.

For millennia and steadily, most spiritual traditions have ignored the issue of eroticism and sexuality. Unfortunately, others have repressed it and condemned it without euphemisms, taking into account this Sacred activity - which is neither more nor less than the one that makes possible the continuation of the going - only harsh words, condemning gestures of nature. Diverse punishments for those who dare to practice it and, above all, to enjoy it without prejudice or blame of any kind.

While dealing with the human spirit, few traditions and doctrines considered that sexual enjoyment was away (and not less) to achieve balance and spiritual elevation. Tantra is one of them.

Tantra is spiritual, sexual, sensual, social, and special in the most intimate of ways. Don't let that intimidate you! The spiritual does not necessarily mean something religious. If you are a Christian, Jewish, Muslim, pagan, agnostic, atheist, or something in between, there is no reason to avoid ritual and the reason behind Tantric philosophy and refrain from all the potential benefits of these practices to encourage, grow, expand and transform your sex life in a way you have not known before. No, this tantra is a very good thing.

Tantric Sex - Lucian Simon Ionesco

    ALL ABOUT TANTRA

    What is tantra?

Tantra is a body of knowledge intended for the full and balanced growth of the human being in relation to himself and his environment. Although tantra is one of the deepest and most esoteric Tibetan traditions, that is, the most reserved and developed of all the Buddha's teachings, the fundamental concepts, and techniques developed from this knowledge is extremely simple.

The practice of Tantric Buddhism is aimed at achieving a mental calm, and it is in this calm that clarity of thought appears. As long as we do not approach the tantric vision and do not abandon the idea of the apparent division of ourselves into body and soul, as long as we do not find within ourselves that powerful force that is desire, we will continue to feel fragmented and immersed in a reality that we cannot handle, like puppets manipulated by unknown emotional forces.

The practice of tantra allows us to channel these forces and control mental and emotional forces to transform our lives and reach a state of completeness, that is, a state of realization. In this practical exploration, each of us can find within ourselves, with the help of the tantric partner, not only the answer to our problems but the potential to live at a much higher level than we normally believe possible.

With regard specifically to the sexual act, which for Tantrism has the status of a sacred ritual that receives the name of maithuna, tantra teaches postures, abounds in references to the different types of kisses and caresses that lovers can lavish, works (in other words) with the notion that millennia later the West will discover and call erogenous zones and describe tantric sex rituals where the divine seeps into the carnal act allowing lovers to flow into other planes of existence. Of course, he also recommends techniques for ejaculation control.

Outside of the specific moment of intercourse, tantra offers:

    ●  Teachings on erotic massages as an exchange aimed at stimulating and relaxing the energy flow of lovers when waking up and unblocking bodily sensations.

    ●  A similar knowledge about sexual acupressure, to act on the pleasure centers.

    ●  A study on aphrodisiac culinary ingredients and recipes.

    ●  Advice on how to set the place where the carnal union is going to take place.

    ●  Tantric dance suggestions, where music and body movements are used to fuel energy.

    ●  Finally, Tantrism offers a series of erotic rituals offered to the gods and a series of group sex practices for advanced practitioners.

The true secret of tantric eroticism consists in taking sex as a ceremony. You have to prepare all the steps in detail and spend some time in order to prepare internally for the moment of sexual intercourse as part of a great moment in the life of each of the members of the couple.

    Profane sex:

    Discharge of tensions.

    Male-female division.

    Male-female division.

    Limited in time.

    Causes loss of energy.

    The routine as a destination.

    Tantric Sex:

    Energetic Feedback.

    Male-female fusion.

    Desire increases.

    It can last for hours.

    Increase energy.

It is an always renewed ritual.

It is not easy to summarize what the sexual act implies from the tantric gaze, but if it had to be done, two phrases would be chosen to encompass the idea:

Understanding that the body is the temple of divinity. From the tantric perspective, sexual union is a first step on the path to cosmic unity with the divine, a small-scale representation of the Universe's law of attraction and, more specifically, a human replica of the erotic embrace of the goddess Shakti. And the god Shiva. The unity of man and woman, of the Shiva that every man carries inside and of the Shakti that every woman has inside, is the central search of tantra.

With time. Nothing could be further from the tantric conception of sex than haste and haste. The sacred ritual of the maithuna requires hours in the service of pleasure in a process that is as slow and slow as it is rewarding. Techniques to delay ejaculation are, of course, a first-rate aid in making this possible. But it is not only about that. In tantric sex, penetration is one more step - and not an objective to be achieved - in a beautiful sensual path strewn with caresses, kisses, words, smells, sensations, and food and drinks to replenish energy and fluids.

    The origins of tantra

Tantra is a philosophical system that was born in India and flourished in Tibet in the 8th century of this era. Although it has been associated in the media and popularly only with some sexual-genital benefits, it is much more than that: it provides mental retraining that makes it possible to increase the capacity for joy and focus, acquire conscious control of emotions, develop security and self-esteem, to live and sleep without tension or stress; in other words, lead a full, conscious, coherent, and happy life.

Tantra is one of the deepest and most esoteric Tibetan traditions, the most reserved and developed of all the Buddha's teachings. The fundamental concepts and techniques developed from these concepts are extremely simple, and it is precisely this simplicity that allows them to be quickly internalized and put into practice in a truly effective way.

As Tibetan traditions teach us, Buddha, who was part of the upper caste of India, when he saw the poverty, slavery, and suffering in which the lower caste people lived, dedicated himself to finding a way for the People, oppressed and subjugated, could find a way of happiness and fulfillment, that is, not the liberation of the soul but the liberation from suffering, ignorance and the chains of superstition.

He first reported to the attempt to achieve the complete annulment of desire, since he believed he found in it the cause of unhappiness until he became enlightened when a girl brought him a plate of rice and understood that the first step for the people to come out of suffering it was that they had food in their stomachs.

He began to fight, in an internal fight, with the gods who determined social conditions (the Vedas) and who established a yoke (dharma, law) that was too rigid for some (the outcasts) and benevolent for others (the Brahmins), and that forced the former to the constant repetition of their lives and that of their kids immersed in that condition of deprivation and servility (reincarnation) and that ensured to the latter, through this reincarnation law, the continuity of their power and that of their descendants.

Buddha quickly resolved this fight with the destruction of the gods and the finding within him of a clearer deity, the very deep nature of his mind, as the only god, and destroyed the rest by conceptualizing them as ghosts of culture used to enslave the vast majority of the people.

He found that the gods are only the product of his own mind and are, therefore, metaphors, in the same way that the laws of these gods are constituted in his conceptualizations as a metaphor as well. In other words, the gods are a metaphor; therefore, the laws they give are metaphors as well.

Therefore, with the gods and reincarnation as metaphors, Buddha found the perfect way to achieve liberation by understanding all sentient beings as equals. The same at the precise moment of being born and without privileges of some over others based on having been born within one or another caste or social class.

Tantra as a path of liberation

First, as the individual was not subject to the yoke of the gods or the destiny that contained the dispossessed, Buddha developed a new yoke (dharma, law) based on a series of spiritual practices tending to instill and develop positive values for the harmonious development of society (this is known as dharma), and then, based on compassion for all sentient beings as a source of health, since hatred and greed represent a source of disease and unhappiness, builds the self as illusory (Maya) and gives the individual deity status, thus freeing himself from all superstition and ignorance and developing what we know as tantra.

Now observe the reason, of posterity, to hide these teachings from the eyes of the people or of people or personalities not voluntarily subject to the law. You will see here the importance of the legend cited and repeated by all my predecessors ... "Buddha taught the dharma to people to make them happy and find a way of realization within the law until a king asked him for a technique to rule. with justice, to

govern himself and, to him, he gave tantra ".

Sure, the king is the law; the king does not need a yoke; the king imposes the yoke, the law, the dharma. Within this social order, being equal, everyone has the possibility of being king. See here the dawn of social equality. In this new dharma (law), people voluntarily submit to the law not out of fear of the gods but for their own convenience. The convenience of living in harmony with others and the convenience of enjoying good health and freedom within society.

Buddha taught a new social order, a new law (dharma) that proposed to the people to live compassionately simply to obtain health beyond all fear of the gods until a king appears to him and tells him that he does not need a law, that the law is him. What he needs is a technique that allows him to govern with justice, govern himself, govern his own emotions, and act free from them, from his own needs and passions.

This is how Buddha offers his last act of enlightenment, which is to teach the reality of how to contain a people to bring them to realization, not how to subjugate a people to keep them in constant reincarnation in the lower classes, in servility and the constant repetition of his own bondage. Emancipate people and bring them, in some cases, to the status of king.

It is at that moment that Buddha offers the ultimate liberation: tantra. Few simple ideas. We are all the same at birth. Therefore we are nothing. The gods and the wheel of reincarnation are constituted as a metaphor, as a phenomenon, not as a reality, so that the exit from
