UNDER THE RADAR
Cultivating Professional Relationships
Let’s Face It!
When we think of safety in the workplace, we think of ways that will help us keep our jobs despite America’s current economic state. Many companies are downsizing, reorganizing, or cutting staff. Some simply call these fancy terms a politically correct way of firing
people when they no longer need them. Either way, in order to stay afloat when all others are sinking, we must use our intellectual Radar,
to know when trouble is on the rise. This book helps you navigate through the corporate waters while Cultivating Professional Relationships, which is likened to C.P.R. and knowing when and how to keep from being caught in the corporate vortex of the downsizing syndrome. Remember that your intellectual radar is that invisible mental force that helps you detect danger or a change in any atmosphere you are in. Take heed and take cover when necessary. So, with that said, Do you know C.P.R.? If you do, then you are already,
Under The Radar." Keep reading!!!

About the Author Victoria E. Kain
Victoria E. Kain is a new author that found a passion for writing while sitting on the front porch swing at her grandparent’s ranch during summer vacations (see back cover). At the young age of 10, she sat in the old swing on the porch and had her siblings listen while she recited excerpts from what would become manuscripts for her future book ideas. As an adult, her father deeded her grandparent’s ranch to her wanting her to continue writing, and knew it was part of her inspiration. Victoria aptly calls it Whispering Pines,
because it always gave her a feeling of contentment when she walked amidst the tall pines bordering the family home. Victoria travelled extensively over the years and found time to acquire multiple degrees in Business, Management, and Psychology. Victoria still finds time to continue what she started as a child, writing her stories on the now refurbished porch swing

Introduction
An important question we should ask ourselves is: can we survive today’s diverse workplace without networking support? If you believe you can, you are sadly mistaken. The I’ll Be Brief
Series of books is written for the 21st century readers and beyond. It is written for those who value the most precious commodity in life, time.
Time is precious because we cannot harness it, we do not own it, so we must not waste it. One of the main concepts of Under The
