My aim is to inspire. Gaynor is a Belief Strategist. She work as a Personal and Business Mentor with a focus on what you 'believe' about yourself, your life and the world you live in. This work has developed as a result of her own life experiences and a lot of observation and awareness of what makes people 'tick'. She is inspired by Bruce H Lipton and Dr Joe Dispenza's work in epigenetics and neuroplasticity. Gaynor's background includes over 25 years working in Marketing, Event Management and Corporate Fundraising in the UK and Australia. Plus running her own business for over 14 years. It was when she began mentoring that she saw so many people preventing themselves from becoming too successful or too big due to their lack of belief in themselves. Gaynor saw in her clients what she initially couldn't see in herself - under-utilised talent, potential and passion, and so the journey to overcome her own self-doubt began. Self-doubt doesn't discriminate, it gets everyone at some point. Behind every doubt there is a belief, the art is to recognise that belief and then choosing to change it or even remove it.
