    Chapter 1 – The Basic

    According to studies, people have between 45,000 and 51,000 thoughts every day. That's around 150 to 300 thoughts every second. According to research, 80 percent of those thoughts are negative for the majority of people. 

    We've been taught that many of these 51,000 ideas are sub-conscious thoughts, meaning they exist beyond our level of conscious knowledge. In actuality, affirmations bring your subconscious ideas to the surface.

    Affirmations help you become more aware of your thoughts. When you start thinking positive thoughts consciously, you become more aware of the negative thoughts that are continuously threatening to take control.

    In fact, it's a fascinating occurrence. It illustrates what your mother always warned you about: be cautious about what you believe, because what you think is what you get. She was basically telling you that what you think about is what you generate.

    When you're not aware of your ideas, they might be harmful. And not being conscious of your thoughts might lead to a terrible downward spiral.

    Remember how destructive ideas account for 80% of all thoughts? Things are just going to get worse. 90 percent of whatever you're thinking about is carried over to the following day's 51,000 ideas.

    As a result, if you think harmful ideas, you'll induce yourself to think even more harmful thoughts. This isn't going to help you get out of your predicament. 

    Affirmations have the power to transform everything! Affirmations help you become more aware of your thoughts. To affirm something is to express it in a favorable light. It implies making a forceful declaration
