You’ve been studying the Law of Attraction for a while now and want so badly to manifest your twin flame. You practice all the manifestation techniques you know: You repeat positive affirmations daily, you do scripting every single morning, and even practice future-self journal scripting about the day you will meet the love of your life, but instead of finding your other half,
you always end up in toxic relationships.
Is that you? Well, it may not be that the Law of Attraction (LOA) techniques have failed you, rather your emotional alignment may have been focused on an unconscious belief that is stopping you from achieving your desired manifestation.
Surprise! Having positive thoughts and focusing on what you want to manifest isn’t always enough to actually manifest what you want.
There’s much more to manifestation than just positive thinking.
To begin with, your beliefs (conscious and subconscious) must be in alignment with what you are trying to manifest. Secondly, do you truly understand what you actually believe?
For instance: Are you aware of your deepest and most meaningful beliefs? The ones that guide all your most important decisions in life?
Take the following question as an example and give it some thought:
Do you believe you can turn your life around at any given moment, or you are someone who believes that you are doomed to live the exact same day 365 times a year?
Whichever is the option you believe in, you are 100% correct. Do you know why?
We create our own future by our own beliefs, which control our actions. A strong enough belief system, a sufficiently powerful conviction, can make anything happen. This is how we create our consensus reality.

Have you ever experienced a random negative thought that was triggered by a specific situation popping up unexpectedly in your mind?
Have you ever noticed that if this negative thought doesn’t disappear by itself and keeps popping up time after time, you will start feeding it with a certain emotional power? Suddenly, without even consciously realizing it, this once random thought, will become stronger and stronger, even calling in other similar negative thoughts?
The result? You end up in a downward spiral of negative thoughts, and what could have been a potentially good day turns out to be a terrible one.
Have you ever experienced that? I bet you have. I am pretty sure we all have, and that is a perfect example to illustrate how our thoughts and beliefs do shape our reality.
But wait a minute... If we can create a bad day out of unexpectedly and random negative thoughts, wouldn’t we also be able to create an amazing day out of consistent, empowering, and positive thoughts?
Of course we would! In fact, not just would,
we all can do it, at any given moment. We just need to set our minds up to it.
The above example not only illustrates how we create our reality with our thoughts and beliefs, but also explains how our belief system is created in the first place. The difference between a simple thought to a belief is that thoughts come and go. Yes, we do have a choice between continuously feeding the thought or letting it go.
When we choose to keep thinking about something and feeding it our emotional energy is when we start the process of transforming a simple thought into a belief.
A belief is a practiced thought that has been repeated over and over enough in our minds to be stored in our subconscious mind and carries a powerful emotional energy. The more you repeat a certain thought, and the more you feed it with emotion, the stronger it gets, and the more ingrained it will be in your subconscious mind.
This is true for both negative and positive thoughts.
Knowing how your belief system is formed in the first place is critical for you to have a better understanding on the basis of manifestation, and that is what I will guide you through in Manifesting Attraction.
Manifesting is an art. The more you practice, the more beautiful your manifestation.

Chapter 1: Free Your Mind and Your Dreams Will Follow
The Law of Attraction says that like attracts like, and when you think and feel what you want to attract on the inside, the law will use people, circumstances, and events to magnetize what you want.

The one thing people usually get wrong about the Law of Attraction and Manifestation is that people confuse it with wishful thinking. Yes, you can co-create magical things with the Universe. However, your dreams and goals don’t magically appear in front of you without effort.
Manifestation requires aligned action and the right vibrational frequency as well. When you are vibrating high and living life from the right mindset and heart-set, the Law of Attraction and the other Laws of the Universe altogether will help you by rearranging things in a way that the right people, situations, and events are able to cross paths with you, but ultimately, the one taking the decisive aligned action toward what you want to manifest will be you.
Another misconception about the Law of Attraction is that it works alone in the Universe. The Law of Attraction is just one among many other Universal laws that are connected and intertwined such as the Law of Resonance, the Law of Vibration, and the Law of Polarity.
When you consciously start applying the Law of Attraction, you have to take into consideration all the other laws that will affect you as well.
If you have ever stopped to observe the world around you, this planet, the sky, the ocean, nature, the four seasons, the sun, the moon, the rain, snow, you most likely felt in awe when you realized that the Universe in itself is a miracle. Everything on this planet and in the Universe works so perfectly well together. Everything is rhythmic and seasonal.
When you intentionally see, feel, and take in all the beauty and perfection in the Universe, you have no doubt at all that, yes, it’s very much possible to use the Laws of the Universe to create new realities for yourself because these laws are like frameworks, we all can lean on to fire up the magic of transformation.
The Universe isn’t static. It’s always in motion transforming itself, and so are we.
Before we dive into the details of manifestation and the Law of Attraction, let’s go through some of these Universal laws so that you can have a deeper understanding of how everything in this Universe works together well and harmoniously. In Chapter 3, I will guide you through a more comprehensive idea on these laws and how they apply to the Law of Attraction.
The Law of Rhythm
Everything in the Universe happens in cycles and has its own rhythm: Think in terms of the moon, the sun, beginnings and ends, life on Earth in itself. Beings are born, grow, mature, and die. The cycles women experience every single month, trees losing their leaves in fall and blooming flowers in the spring.
The Law of Polarity
Isaac Newton’s third law represents the Law of Polarity perfectly:
"For every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction."
Think of negative and positive, warmth and cold, night and day, love and hate, masculine and feminine, abundance and lack, danger and safety, order and chaos, good and evil. According to this law there’s a natural duality in the Universe in which one opposite cannot exist without the other and together they make up the whole. Intriguing, right? It means that ultimately, opposites are the same, two sides of the same coin.
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
Energy is constantly moving, changing, and transforming. A never-ending and beautiful metamorphosis. Energy cannot be destroyed, only transformed. Take the example of stars in the Universe: The force of gravity is responsible for the birth and death of stars. A star is born within clouds of dust and gas and the turbulence deep within them
produces knots with enough mass to cause a collapse that will heat up at its center forming what one day will be a star.
The Law of Cause and Effect
This is a pretty straightforward principle: everything we do has a consequence and will affect us somehow. Some consequences are good, others not so much, but if something happens, it will cause an effect.
The Law of Action
This law refers to the fact that there must be an action taken before anything comes to existence. The way we feel and the way we think direct us toward the right path and mindset in life, but the decisions, choices, and action-steps we take
