Through personal challenges, she examined her life through the filter of essential oils and elixirs. Her findings have led her on a path to wellness for herself and others by combining this knowledge with that of acupuncture. Furthering her education, the author holds a certificate in aromatherapy with the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy or NAHA. The author enjoys the practice of yoga, biking, nature walks and resides in Sunnyside, NY.
