THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT

Our evolutionary conditioning means we have a greater tendency to focus and dwell on negative situations as a way of protecting ourselves from potential threat. But better times are ahead and, this month, we’ll begin to reverse this bias and switch to a more positive outlook, using mindfulness. Let’s get the good vibes flowing!
