Four Little Girls

Avery long time ago , there were four little girls who were all about the same age. I was named Orchid, of course. I was the youngest.

The others were named Dandelion, and hmmm, I don’t remember the names of the other two girls. It was a very long time ago.

We were all very good friends. We played together all of the time.

One day the Wise One who was the oldest of us girls and the other one, whose name I still can’t recall, said that we all had to choose who we were going to be when we grew up.

Well, I didn’t want to grow up. I wanted to stay young forever and just play. I thought growing up meant that you had to just work all of the time and that you never had any fun.

But now I know that you can have fun no matter how old you are. Isn’t that right?
