The difficulty in saying no
Imagine you're in the queue at a movie theater.
A person arrives, and without asking permission, enters in front of you.
What do you do?
You say: Hey pal, the end of the line is back there
That would be the most normal thing to do, because no one has the right to stick the line and pass in front of you.
However, many people, remain quiet and resigned.
Imagine another situation. You go to an appliance store and buy a TV. When you get home and turn on, you realize that TV has a
