Your brain is everything to you. It is how you interact with and understand the world around you. Your brain is you. Without your brain, what are you? Your brain is indeed the master of your fate and the creator of most of your circumstances in life. You sink, swim or sail with your brain. Many people believe that brain aging, cognitive decline and memory loss will come anyway, and that they are simply an inevitable part of aging, but this is not necessarily true. It all really depends on whether you do something or nothing about it. Brain aging can be halted. In fact, your chronological age should not have much connection to your brain age. Brain age is fluid. It is not constant. It can go up or down and in any direction. It is not static. You see, the brain of an average adult ages
constantly forwards and backwards into at least six phases:

Where your brain currently is among these six phases depends on the past environments that you have created for your brain up to now, including your lifestyle, diet, habit, physical regimen, and other choices that you had made before now.

Of course if you made the wrong choices, your brain performance, intelligence, memory, focus, concentration will gradually decline as you age (beginning around age thirty). And of course this is the case with other systems in your body (your digestive system, respiratory system, reproductive system, etc.).

But again, this decline will occur only if you do nothing about it. In short, your brain can grow or shrink depending on the choices you make along the line. And evidence from scientific research findings abound that confirm that you can halt this decline and not only reverse it, but also exponentially recharge or supercharge your brain to ever increasing performance levels.
