Description
In this solo episode, I share a different perspective on brain health and explore the terrain of the brain. I discuss how we need to look beyond just neuropsychiatric conditions and mental health issues such as brain fog, and instead dive deeper to understand the root causes which could be stemming from mold or exposure to other toxicants. Overall, the key message is that brain health is deeply connected to the entire body. By addressing underlying imbalances and stressors, we can empower the brain's incredible capacity for repair and regeneration. There are many solutions available, from supporting lymphatic drainage to targeted detoxification protocols. I hope this episode inspires you to take a deeper look at optimizing your brain health. Please reach out if you have any questions - I'm here to support you on your journey to healing. For the full show notes please visit my website: www.drchristineschaffner.com/Episode234
