For the past 20 years, I have consistently struggled to explain to people that it is not always what you are eating, but how you are eating it. It is from this conversation that Luke and I thought there was a huge need for people to move away from fad diets and restrictive strategies that instead of helping people, would leave people in a place of helplessness and despair.
Luke brings a unique perspective that marries together our clinical experience when helping people with invisible illnesses, especially when it is not food.
