90 minutes from covid is a short read

It is about everything leading up to my full cardiac arrest, and near death experience that I suffered because of COVID 19. I believe to have been in the presence of Jesus Christ. Who saved me from hell . This profound experience has brought me closer than ever to God and I pray every day for the individuals dealing with covid and those who have lost someone to this horrible virus. God is good and he does everything for a reason we just have to trust in him that he will deliver us from the virus and we will come out stronger. We are the survivors.

I am dedicating this book to my son. He was so afraid I was going to die but Buddy momma made it and I love you and your other momma with all my heart and I am so blessed and favored to be here with you both. By there grace of God I am here. And am now going to live my life to the fullest and not waist a single moment.

The pandemic had been going on for a few months when I contracted the virus, but My rebirth began when I woke up in room 412 in a hospital bed. In the ICU….. but let's start from the very beginning. Ok?

The early years

I was born into a biracial family in 1981. My father is black and my mother is white. I have a white brother who is 9yrs older than me and two older brothers, who are black. It took some getting use to in my family. They had to wrap their minds around what this child me was going to be like. Look like. What would others think. My grandma, whom was an old fashioned southern woman from Kentucky, told my mother I was going to be born mentally retarded. Simply because they were mixing black DNA and white DNA. Obviously I’m not retarded. Far from it. Well, after I was born everyone just fell in love with the rosey fat cheeks and red curly hair. I was spoiled rotten. The youngest and…. The only girl.

However I grew up in a very abusive environment. Having being abused sexually by a major figure in my life. And let me tell you that abuse plus physical abuse from my dad, really messed me up. My dad was a sex addict and he was very violent. He would make me strip down naked and beat me with a leather
