The Most Significant Distinction Between Low Mood and Depression
Everyone goes through periods of high stress and low mood from time to time. Ordinarily, something in your life, such as working excessively long hours or experiencing a catastrophe, is the cause of your depression.
However, these forms of depressed moods normally disappear after a while. When a bad mood doesn't go away on its own, usually within two weeks, or when you can't put your finger on what's wrong, you may be suffering from depression.

Receiving a disease such as diabetes is no
