Introduction
Have you lost interest in the activities and things you usually love doing? Do you have trouble sleeping? Do you feel lethargic and stay in bed too much? Is someone close to you suffering from any or all of these symptoms? Then it could be depression.
Depression can sometimes be obvious. Other times, you cannot tell when you or someone close to you is suffering from it. However, if you feel empty, sad, and hopeless for more than two weeks, you are likely to be depressed. You do not need to sulk indefinitely. There are simple steps to take to get over the low mood.
