    Absolutly excellent book on Program management for the real Program Manager. chapter 3 on Stakeholder management and the different types of difficult stakeholders is fantastic. Excellent discussions on how the real-life program manager can manage real-life program manament situations. I wish I had not waited so long to read this book.
