The works in this book

are inspired by God.

I have had to sit quietly

due to long term health issues.

When you sit, and listen with your soul,

God will speak to you. He will inspire you.

There were moments, when a poem

or saying came over me and poured out,

with no advance plan or pre-thought.

Yet, the comfort he provided to me

while waiting for his healing,

and the inspired sayings contained within,

I hope, will help you too.

I am merely his instrument,

his tool, his messenger.
