My Reflective Poems: Mystical Journey
()
About this ebook
Nilsa Patterson
Nilsa Patterson lives in Florida and comes from an eight children family of which she is third in line. She has three children and three grandchildren. Nilsa loves to ponder about common everyday things and is very passionate about seeing them from a spiritual perspective. Her contemplative view of ordinary things make her writing style mystical. She has been asked to write poems, prayers and reflections for anniversaries, birthdays, weddings and some of her material has even been used to evangelize. She considers her writing a gift from God and her intent is to share that gift with others. Nilsa is most grateful to her children, Tita, Maria and Michael for their love, support and encouragement on this journey. Additionally, her good friend and mentor, Fr Karl Bergin has been an enormous motivator and positive influence in getting Nilsa to pursue the use of her talent for uplifting and inspiring others while glorifying God.

My Reflective Poems - Nilsa Patterson
Happiness for Me
Happiness for me is the blue sky above
And happiness for me are the stars burning bright
Happiness for me, these are happiness for me
But true happiness for me is Your love.
Happiness for me are the trees reaching high
And happiness for me are flowers in their bloom
Happiness for me, these are happiness for me
But true happiness for me is Your love.
Happiness for me are the birds flying by
And happiness for me is the sun’s morning rise
Happiness for me, these are happiness for me
But true happiness for me is Your love.
Happiness for me are the waters of the sea
And happiness for me is the rain coming down
Happiness for me, these are happiness for me
But true happiness for me is Your love.
Yes, these are happiness for me,
they’re all happiness for me
But true happiness for me is Your love!
39917.pngHave You Ever?
Have you ever smelled the beauty in the morning air after a night of rain?
Have you ever noticed the full moon adding light in the darkness of the night?
Have you ever experienced the gift of light ready to feed life in the morning sunrise?
Have you ever heard the ocean’s continuous song in the sound of it’s waves?
Have you ever watched the swaying of the trees and known it was God passing by?
Have you ever wondered how the petals of roses were placed in sequence and who sprinkled their fragrance?
