About this ebook

It is a global belief that miracles only happened in Biblical times. This book, "Miracles of Life or Life of Miracles" was written to show the world miracles do exist in modern times. The stories in this book are very real. In fact, this book only contains a fraction of miracles that have happened to these two individuals.
Some of the miracles are so unique one would have to live them to understand that a miracle had happened. With that said she will leave the rest up to you, the reader.

    About The Author

    INTRODUCTION

T he word miracle means different things to different people. Someone might say, It’s a miracle she can drive. In reality, the person was speaking about another person’s ability to drive. Another person might say, It is a miracle she’s still alive. In this instance, it could be a bona fide miracle, depending on its circumstances. For instance, if a baby survived against all odds, I feel this could be a true miracle.

Lilian has lived way beyond her life expectancy. Most people will say it is a miracle, but Lilian does not think so. Ever since she was thirty-seven, she has worked hard at staying healthy by

    1. avoiding unhealthy foods,

    2. being willing to change when hearing good advice,

    3. finding the best natural supplements possible,

    4. avoiding prescription medications as much as possible, and

    5. living by Bible principles.

On the other hand, this may be a miracle when a person manages to be steadfast in all five areas because there are many temptations in this world that makes it extremely difficult to eat healthy, to know which advice is correct and which one is not and to know the right way to supplement one’s diet. But if we ask and rely on our Creator, He will lead us onto the right path.

A true miracle is something that has no logical reason or explanation that we can see. The Webster’s Dictionary says, A true miracle is an extraordinary event manifesting divine intervention in human affairs.

Some believe that miracles only happened in the past. They do not expect miracles to happen in our time. Ask yourself when you needed to make it through that red light before it changed or when you needed a parking space and there was one waiting for you, who do you think made it happen? Is it your belief that it was just a coincidence?

Again, the Webster’s Dictionary states that a coincidence is an occurrence of events that happen at the same time by accident but seem to have some connection.

Isn’t it just as easy to believe that there is a Creator who loves us and hears us when we make a request and who wants to answer our request? Remember, we cannot thank a coincidence, but we can thank the Creator.

I feel the stories of Lilian in this book are true miracles. While talking with her second husband, I discovered he had some miracles also. As a writer, I decided to include stories of his
