Nirvana is a Buddhist term for a state of being where one experiences no suffering, no desire and no sense of self. Crazy right? Well, it’s more of a state of being once past karma is released. So how do we know when we’ve reached Nirvana? I guess we don’t unless you are a monk perhaps. What we do know is how we feel and how we live our lives. Most of us (including me) have full time studies or work that occupies our time, but it’s all about finding meditation in the mundane. What task do you hate the most? How can you make it more enjoyable? Why even live your life in ways that don’t light you up inside? These are all questions that I hope my poetry will make you ponder. Anyways, I have to go now because one of the fur kids is headbutting me for scratches. Hope you enjoy
