Margie told everybody about Austin, their new dolphin friend.

Let’s go see what’s happening in the ocean world today, Kelly said.

Great! said Brett, Savannah and Cindy are coming to play today as well.

The gang made their way down to the beach, then sat on the sand, and waited for Savannah and Cindy. Blueberry flew back to Terrace’s tree.

Do you want to come and meet everyone? she said to Terrace.

I don’t really like the sand; it kind of gets everywhere. I’m a bit tired too. I’ll just watch from up here.

I’ll get them to come up to the waterfall today to meet you.

That would be great! Thank you, Blueberry.

    You’re welcome. Coming, Gully?

We’re not real fussed about the sand either, said Gully. The bubs all shook their head. We will wait here with Terrace.

Okay, Blueberry said, and then swooped off again, down towards the beach.

Miss Poisonberry, Miss Possum and Miss Sally had made their way down to the sand, along with all of their young. The ladies sat with the elders from Margie’s tribe and watched the children play together. Pebble played with the fox

pups Eliza and Lowanna, as well as and Co-by and Jo-by, and the Possum Joey’s. They looked so cute, chasing Pebble as she ran around in circles. Pebble was so small that she was still unsteady on her feet, and every time she fell over, they all jumped on top of her. Still you could hear Pebble giggling from underneath. Margie’s family watched and laughed. Pebble, the joey’s and the pups were the next generation of friends, and they looked forward to watching them all grow up together.

Savannah and Cindy were the next to arrive, and they had brought some of their sea friends along to play as well: Coby was a dolphin and Daisy
