    The Refrigerator Eliminator

This chapter is designed for fun, rather than instruction. The idea is that there are no mistakes in the kitchen. Some of the best recipes were created by accident. Try not to waste food. Would you crumple up one dollar bills and throw them into your trash bin? Start to look at your food items as currency and be creative with producing leftovers.

DR.’s ORDERS! Someone needed to lose weight due to sleep apnea. And I needed them to loose weight for my sanity. I couldn’t sleep in the same room, let alone the same house with the earth shattering volume of constant snoring!

I have spent decades as a restaurant consultant, restaurant manager and restaurant owner writing hundreds of menus, for dozens of establishments, celebrating hundreds of events, holidays, fundraisers, wine pairings, and the like. If there was and event planned a menu was created.

I have trained under dozens of chefs, as a student at the Pennsylvania State University and as a professional. I have spent years in kitchens absorbing chef’s secret recipes and culinary techniques. I also never dreamed of writing a cookbook. The idea came with a snore…literally.      My nutrition classed gave me the knowledge to create a recipe for any diet under the sun. And I have. What I needed to do was write recipes for a culinarily spoiled household.

Me: What would you like me to make for your birthday dinner?
