Eat & Play the Part - Nicole Conradt

    Oops in the Kitchen

    1. Forgetting an ingredient. When in doubt, ask a neighbor or a nearby friend if they have it in their kitchen.

    2. Burning your food. Save what you can or remake it again.

    3. Forgetting the cocktail or wine to pair with it. I have given you ideas and drink recipes for each theme. Always have a red, white, and a sparkling non-alcohol bottle stored in your pantry or wine rack just in case.

    4. Forgetting to ask if your guest or guests do not eat meat or even dairy. Have spaghetti noodles, lemons, fresh basil, and extra virgin oil stocked in your kitchen, and parmesan cheese (non dairy cheese if someone doesn’t eat dairy)

    5. Not enough food, extra guests show up last minute. My recipes you will be able to spread out or double
