My Family Poetry is a perfect bedside book. The poems are descriptive and are catered to immediate family members. If a family member had a special event or celebration, I would write about it as a present to them. This is a culmination of those special events, as well as highlights from life itself. The poems are fun and lighthearted, as well as exciting and enlightening. They describe some family experiences, as well as special times. Hopefully, each family member will feel like something special was written just for them as this is a representation of some experiences. A heartfelt thank you to my family. Meera Popkin

Meera Popkin is the author of the Meeras Muses series. She is the proud mother of two and is happily married. She holds a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences, Indiana University, and graduated with honors and high distinction. Although born in Boston, she grew up mostly in Bloomington, Indiana. She organized two cancer benefits and holds a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She performed on Broadway and was also the star of a London West End Musical as well as many other theatrical productions. She’d like to thank her husband for always keeping her entertained.
