Eunice James

Eunice Lockett James is the youngest of three (3) children born to the late Carrie and Jessie Lockett. Her oldest sister, Delores Lattimore is deceased and her remaining sister, Lorine Blair lives in Yorktown, Va. Eunice completed her education at Huntington High School in June, 1945. In 1946, she married Harry L. James and from this union, she conceived five (5) children. They are Harry L. James, Jr., Jacqueline James Dinkins, Sandra James Cary, Jesse T. James and Helen James Turner (who has since become an ordained minister). Eunice has been writing poetry for over 65 years. She published her first book in 1998. Throughout her many years of writing poetry, God has continued to bless her inspirational gift. I Love You,
