About this ebook
Some of us go through life wearing dark sunglasses while others see everything so clearly. Writers attempt to express a new outlook on life with self-expression which is a key component of all artists. My want for this book is to give that spark of encouragement to everyone in anything they do.

About the Author
To my family and friends who have remained in the years of my life
INTRODUCTION
In our lives, we have had many a people pass our way, some good and some bad. The bad people God takes away from us, and he gives us only the good, helping us to grow into that positive and joyful person we should be. Sometimes he takes away the worthy, sharing only a short time with us, but they’re put here for a reason, guiding us through any obstacles we may face in our time. Then they are taken away, when their task, satisfying us, is complete. What remains throughout our lives are the valuable individuals that are there to guide us toward our goals.
The following poem is a reflection of my life.
The Years I’ve Done
As I think about the years I’ve done
I praise the gifts that I have won
And those I lost, I can’t forget
The days go on without a fret
The loves I’ve had, had come and gone
Thus waking up before the dawn
With all my care, I would give
Accepting me so I could live
I keep the friends that are so dear
And so we see it all so clear
Sharing all that we dream
Together, us, as a team
The ones that stayed are here to guide me
To clear thy eyes so I can see
With all the love that we all share
It takes away all I fear
The hours that have passed my way
Have changed for now
