About this ebook

Every day we are bombarded with new challenges, too many demands, and not enough time. This devotional planner is a resource to put God first and foremost, as we focus on our PART in cooperating with his great plan for our lives.

What is our PART?
Pray over every area of life.
Ask for God-size blessings.
Repent of sins (known or unknown) that block the flow of Gods blessings.
Thank him for his faithfulness.

This priority planner does more than provide a journal of daily affairs. It is designed to help reveal the unique plan God has for your life. God gives dreams to every one of us. We have to cooperate with him to make those dreams a reality! Many times we set out to pray about our hopes and dreams but get easily distracted. We create to-do lists but dont follow through. This planner is organized to help us do our PART to keep God centered in every area of our lives and prioritize our steps in cooperation with that great plan.

This 365-day planner is a spiritual guide that includes valuable tools to live victoriously. You are guided to ask God to reveal his plan as you pray about your faith, friends, family, fitness, fellowship, finances, future, fun, and functions. Each days devotion is linked to biblical principle, scripture, and prayer. The daily devotional is designed for meditation on how to apply these biblical truths to everyday life.

As you spend time in the presence of God, who wants only his best for you, insights will be revealed about the plan he has created just for you. Write down the thoughts, goals, and priorities as they are revealed so that they dont escape you. As your dreams appear on paper, you can prioritize what God has placed on your heart in such a way as to accomplish greater things for his kingdom. While keeping God centered in your life, your dreams will evolve and flourish. You will be given proper perspective to take actions that help you become everything God created you to be. In everything you do, put God first, and He will direct you and crown your efforts with success (Proverbs 3:6).

When you reflect later on your journal entries, Gods faithfulness is revealed in all that he has done. The journal entries also provide a legacy of wisdom and values for future generations of loved ones who will inevitably read them.

This devotional planner is an excellent resource for people who want to prioritize their affairs according to biblical principles.

Before you use this devotional, there are three things you must know:

    1. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

    2. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.

    3. John 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

There are too many demands in life and only so much time in a day. We’re continually faced with new and challenging things; sometimes we get in over our heads. We tend to be all or nothing in our commitments. If we get too committed to one aspect of our lives, another area suffers. How can we keep priorities straight?

God gives dreams to every one of us. We have to cooperate with Him to make those dreams a reality! Many times we set out to pray about our hopes and dreams, but get easily distracted. We create to-do lists, but don’t follow through. This planner is organized to help us do our P.A.R.T to keep God centered in every area of our lives and prioritize our steps in cooperation with that great plan.

    What is our P.A.R.T.?

Pray over every area of life

    Ask for God-size blessings

Repent of sins (known or unknown) that block the flow of God’s blessings

    Thank Him for His faithfulness

As you spend time in the presence of God, who wants only His best for you, insights will be revealed about the plan He has created just for you. Write down the thoughts, goals and priorities, as they are revealed so that they don’t escape you. As your dreams appear on paper, you can prioritize what God has placed on your heart, in such a way as to accomplish greater things for His kingdom. While keeping God centered in your life, your dreams will evolve and flourish. You will be given proper perspective to take actions that help you become everything God created you to be. In everything you do, put God first, and He will direct you and crown your efforts with success. (Proverbs 3:6)

Why is important to do our PART to cooperate with God’s plan for us? Doing life without including God in every area, is like watching a little child try to tie their own shoes. They don’t want help, get frustrated when they can’t tie it, and finally ask for help. Then you can teach them how to properly tie their shoes. Using a to-do list or planner without focusing on God’s Will in every area, we are trying to do it on our own. God is so loving, and won’t push His Will on us. He’ll stand aside and let us try to do it – on our own. When we finally ask for his help, we are capable of going beyond what we can do on our own. Instead of accomplishing the ordinary, we access His power to accomplish the Extraordinary.

There is a transformation that takes place, when we acknowledge Him and ask Him to direct our paths. Just as a caterpillar undergoes a life-changing transformation, you too can be awakened from the limitations of your own cocoon to emerge with spectacular beauty. You can awaken to a deeper dimension and discover a world full of opportunities unimagined, when you do your PART to cooperate with His excellent plan.

    1. Spend time with God on purpose. Find a quiet place to be in his presence. Put Him first in your life. Work your schedule around God – don’t work God around your schedule. Don’t plan your day and then go to the King and ask Him to bless it. Seek God first, and His Will for your life. Ask Him to direct your day. When you read each days devotion, may you receive insights applicable to your life.

    2. Your PART: Do your PART to cooperate with God’s great plan for your life. God will transform your life when you: Pray, Ask, Repent and Thank Him.

    3. JOURNAL: Cover every area of your life in prayer, because we can do nothing without Him. Write down your thoughts. Using the analogy of a butterfly, if you don’t write down your thoughts as they relate to each day’s devotion, those insights will flutter away as quickly as they appeared.

    4. RESULTS AND RELATIONSHIPS: Just as the beauty of a butterfly emerges from the cocoon, proper perspective and priorities evolve, when God is given His proper place in our lives. Review your motives for each of these revelations and ask discernment regarding the level of priority and your PART in their completion. Motivations are important to God.

    5. STEPS OF FAITHFULNESS: God cares about every aspect of your life. List the steps of faithfulness required to bring about the results and relationships that have been revealed. God may place something on your heart, knowing you can’t do everything. He puts other people in your life to assist you. Other revelations may be important, but not urgent. Ask God to reveal your PART, and what to trust Him for. Ask Him if there are any steps that can be delayed or assigned to someone else. If there are steps or goals that don’t bring about improved relationships or results, it’s busy work and should be deleted.

    6. DAILY PRIORITIES: When you review the priorities God has placed in your heart, pray about them. Then prophesy what you want to happen. Say it, and give flight to the beauty of your dreams and know that Divine Connections are coming your way! Review your daily priorities to make sure you’re not out of balance. Notice areas you’re committed to that seem out-of-balance and pray about them. Are you so focused on finances that you forget the needs of your loved ones, or vice-a-versa? Pray that you don’t neglect one area of your to address another.

    7. Use the Index Page to list the pages in your Priority Planner where there are important topics that you’ll want to refer back to later.

In using this priority planner, may the Glory of God be unveiled through your life!

WHAT IS YOUR PART IN THE

    TRANSFORMATION PROCESS?

    PART: Pray, Ask, Repent, Thanks

    72401.png PRAY

Matthew 26:41 (NIV) says, Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak.

Proverbs 3:5 (NIV) tells us, Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.

Lord, help me do my PART to cooperate with Your great plan. I pray for covering in every area of my life. I ask, give thanks, and wait expectantly for Your favor that comes through Grace because Exodus 33:12 says, If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Help me do my best, so You can do the rest. Amen.

    72407.png ASK

Psalm 37:4 says, "Delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart."

Ask for God-sized blessings and special blessings for loved ones. Some people act like God is their errand boy! Can You imagine having the arrogance to think that the King of the Universe, the Great I AM, is here to serve us? Yet, when you acknowledge Him for who He is and delight in Him, He is honored when you ask for God-sized blessing. Some people ask just prayers. You know, Lord, if you just give me this one thing… Those just prayers don’t honor Him. Go boldly to the throne and ask for God-Sized Blessings!

Also, people are often annoyed when God doesn’t honor OUR plans. Our plans are limited and not best for our lives. Ask for God-sized blessings.

Lord, forgive me if I ever act or think in a way that does not honor you. Help me to delight in you. I ask for God-Sized Blessings – not just prayers, for my life and the lives of my loved ones. You are God! So, today I ask for these God-sized prayers, knowing that if it is not in Your will, I will honor that too. May I remember to give You Praise, and tell others the hope that I have in You! Here are my God-sized prayers. Amen.

    72426.png REPENT.

2 Chronicles 20:12 says, "Our God…We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you."

Repent for planning or doing life without God. Repent for any known or unknown sin. Repent for responding to life events as a victim or a villain, and ask God to show you a better way, a higher way, a way that is worthy of a son or daughter of the most High King. Pray that pride, power, prejudice, or any other temptation will never get in the way of receiving God’s best. If there are obstacles blocking the flow of your blessings in life, ask God to reveal to you what you can do to improve the situation:

    • Ask yourself: what happened that upset me? How did it make me feel? Recall all the details and write it down. What did I lose? Possessions, self-respect, dignity? What did I gain? Remind yourself that God would not allow this to happen if there wasn’t good to come of it. Try to understand the other person’s perspective. What have they gone through to make them act that way? Imagine this happened to a loved one. What would I tell them? Rewrite the story. Give several different scenarios of what could have been said or done to bring about a better outcome.

    • Put on Your Armor: truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation & the Word. Prayer in Jesus’ name seals every victory.

    • Keep Saying What You want. If you want to keep a problem, talk about it; if you want answers, talk about answers, and expect results.

    • Ask God what actions to take. James 5:15 says, Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed

Lord, forgive my sins. Forgive me when I do life without You. Forgive me during trials, when my thoughts, words, actions and attitudes are ungodly. I know that storms will come. During these times, fill me with Your character of peace, patience, love, joy, gentleness, kindness, self-control, faithfulness, goodness and endurance. Help me also to forgive others – not for their good, but mine. I know that unforgiveness allows bitterness, anger and resentment to steal my joy, cause ill-health, and stop the flow of Your blessings on my life. Remind me that You are my vindicator and I should move forward in joy and victory. When storms come, help me to come up higher and be worthy in Your sight. Amen

    72433.png THANKS

Philippians 4:6 tells us to bring our requests with thankfulness in every circumstance.

Give thanks for every blessing. Name them one by one. Count them. The Bible tells us to come to the throne in thanksgiving. Give thanks to the Lord for His favor. Be thankful and say so. A thankful person is a powerful person. Be thankful on purpose. Don’t focus on what you don’t have; focus on what you do have and be grateful for it. Every day, write down three things you are thankful for. Then on hard days you can review it and remember to give glory to God for seeing you through. This is how much God loves you.

Lord, help me be aware of the ways you are involved in my every day affairs, from the people I meet, the opportunities I encounter, to the simple blessings I take for granted.

WHAT ARE AREAS OF LIFE TO PRAY ABOUT?

    Faith

Let God be first in your life. God will come as close to you, as you are willing to be close to Him. The busyness of the world will consume all of your time, if you’ll allow it. Spend time with God on purpose. Apart from Him, we can do nothing – our efforts are in vain – they are meaningless. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. With faith, everything is possible. Find a quiet place to spend time in the presence of the Holy One. Hear what God is saying. God rewards those who seek Him and love Him. Ask yourself: Have I given God my best, or is He getting my left over time? What is one thing I can do today to grow spiritually?

Lord, You ask that we walk by faith, not by sight. While dreams and situations appear impossible, help me keep faith, knowing that with You, nothing is impossible. Reveal to me the things that are possible as I remember the words in Matthew 6:33 (KJV) "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Help me to meditate each day on something joyful. May I meditate on your faithfulness. As I write down the experiences you have so graciously provided, joy is restored and strength is renewed.

    Friends and Family

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12: Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. (NLT) A friend is a gift from God. You may have hundreds of social network friends, but in reality, most of us have only a few friends that are genuine. If we choose our friends based only on what they have to offer, we’ll never know the true blessings of a genuine friendship. True friendship develops over time. A true friend accepts weaknesses and imperfections, and loves just the same. A good friend is willing to ask for forgiveness and is ready to forgive. True friends build each other up. A true friend will provide you with strength, encouragement, and love. A true friend shares in your happiness as well as your sorrow. A true friend will deliver a hard message with truth and grace.

Family is God Established. Family is important to God. You are part of God’s family. Your family was chosen for you by God. Be devoted and honor one another. Have you made time for them? Is there something you could do for one of them that no one else is capable of? Is there something you could do for them would make a difference? A small difference could make a big difference. Make good memories.

Lord help me to treasure my friends and family, as they are gifts from You. Lord, I pray that You would show me how I can be used to help meet their specific needs. Is there someone who needs a listening ear? Is there something I can do today to build a stronger and healthier relationship? Give me words to build them up. May love and trust grow in our relationship.

I pray they will draw closer to you and cooperate with Your plan for their lives. May they know how much You love them and that You are the source of all good things. Remove any confusion they have about You and the life You offer. I claim them prosperous, happy, healed, filled, successful, safe, and peaceful. Thank you for your promise in Acts 16:31: Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved – you and your household. I rebuke and resist the kingdom of darkness in their lives.

    Fitness

Our bodies are God’s temple. Keeping a healthy body honors God. In the Old Testament, God gave very specific instructions on proper care of the temple. Great attention was given to every detail of the measurements and adornment of the temple. Now that we are the temple and He dwells within us and we abide in Him, our bodies should receive no less attention than was given to the temple built by Solomon. Take care of your hair, nails, and skin. Eat right. Exercise regularly. Learn about nutrition. If you don’t take care of yourself, you’ll get to a point where you can’t take care of anyone else. Taking care of you is wisdom. What is one thing you can do right now to take better care of yourself physically or improve your appearance?

Lord help me to remember that my body is Your Temple. I ask for fitness and healing because it is written Acts 3:16, …This man…was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through Him that has completely healed him.

    Fellowship

Romans 16:8-19, says "…I urge you…to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites."

Matthew 18: 19&20 tells us "… if two of you on earth agree about anything …, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them."

Romans 12:4-6 - "For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith." (NIV)

Fellowship is coming together to worship God. Sometimes this can be at Church; sometimes this can be in socializing with Christian friends. Fellowship has a number of benefits:

    A. Fellowship helps us to grow in our faith.

    B. We show each other how to live like God wants us to.

    C. All of us together show the glory of God. We are all unique with important gifts to contribute. One person sings, one leads, and one greets. Fellowship is like baking a cake. A cake needs eggs, flour, sugar, and oil. No ingredient makes up the cake alone. But together, all the ingredients make a delicious cake.

    D. Fellowship means we choose Christians to be our companions. It’s natural to want to be around people that think like we do.

    E. During difficult times, we find encouragement and support through fellowship with believers.

    F. Christian friends help us keep our eyes on God.

    G. No matter where we are in the world, when we meet other believers, we feel at home.

What can you do to encourage and lift other believers? Can you help others to grow in their faith? What is something you can do today, to improve your fellowship?

God, I pray for godly relations. Open my eyes and help me find ways to increase godly fellowship. There’s strength in numbers. Those who are divisive are seeking to satisfy their own appetites. May I increase and develop relationships that honor You. Amen.

    Finance:

1 Timothy 6:17 says, "Command those who are rich…not to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment."

God is our source for all wealth. He gives us the talent, wisdom, and opportunity to earn a living. We are stewards over everything God has allowed us to earn. He gives us the ability to make money but we also have the responsibility to manage it well. As stewards, why should God give us more, if we haven’t done a good job of managing what He has already given us?

    a. Guard what has been entrusted to your care.

    b. SIT on your money: Save Invest and Tithe.

    c. To whom God has given much, much is expected. Be generous to those in need.

    d. The Bible teaches that the debtor is slave to the lender. Live within your means.

Is there something you should be doing with the talent He has given you? Is there some way you can better manage the money God has entrusted to you? What is one thing you could do today to improve your financial position?

Lord, you are the source of all good things. Help me to save, invest, tithe, budget, and plan according to Biblical principles. How can I better manage the resources you have entrusted to me?

    Future:

Habakkuk 2:2 tells me to make dreams a reality by using faith-filled words to reach into the spirit realm. Ephesians 1:15-23, "…I pray that the eyes of (my) heart (are) enlightened (so that I) may know the hope to which (You have called me), the riches of (my) glorious inheritance …and the incomparably great power for (me as a believer)…"

Be in agreement with God: God has good plans for your life. This truth will lead you to places and opportunities you never imaged, as long as you cooperate with Him. What is one thing the Holy Spirit is leading you to do today that will bring about a better and brighter future? Are there dreams that need to be lived? Are there areas personally or professionally you’d like to develop?

Lord, reveal the plans You have for me. May Your Will be done, not mine. Help me to use faith-filled words to reach the spirit realm and experience Your Glory. I’m looking forward to what you have planned for me!

    Fun:

Acts 16:34 promises, "He was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God – he and his whole household!"

1 Timothy 6:17 says, "Command (them)…to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment."

Praise the God of joy with dancing and music. It has been said, that life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Your Heavenly Father wants you to enjoy your life; but fun is a tricky thing. As a lifestyle, fun can result in spiritual fruitlessness. Fun can be good at times, but has no lasting value. God wants us to enjoy our lives, but we must be careful not to be preoccupied by it. We need time away for comfort, restoration and transformation. Make sure something you enjoy is worked into your schedule. God wants you to enjoy your life, but that too must be in balance. Joy in Him is Our Strength.

Lord, You tell us that joy is our strength. Help me to be your eyes, hands and feet in this dark world to bring joy to myself and others. What words and actions can I use to increase joy?

Function: Ecclesiastes 3:1, tells us "There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens."

Proverbs 12:14 tells us "…A man is filled with good things…as the work of his hands rewards him."

Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."

Work diligently so you don’t have to depend on others. This includes all kinds of work – at home, your job, or at school. It may also include basic things you need to do for yourself; it may include taking time for others. You can’t take care of yourself or anyone else if you don’t take care of the basics. How can you manage the responsibilities of a career if you can’t manage to keep your car clean? How do you expect to change the world, if you can’t even change the sheets on your bed? What is the one thing you need to do today that will bring great rewards, peace of mind, and good results?

Lord, help me to prioritize my affairs according to Your Will and be sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s prompting. May I give you honor in all my affairs. Amen

Be all that you were created to be: If you continue this process, you will exchange life in the cocoon for a life filled with glorious splendor that God has prepared just for you. Then live each day boldly because of God’s love.

    PRINCIPLES

What Principles guide you? Thomas Paine admired those who could smile in trouble, gather strength from the trial, and grow braver by reflection. He believed that those who have principles to live by, can remain firm in adversity. Principles are like mantras that guide you, like: Don’t fight fire with fire – you’ll only get burned, or I choose to be happy. What do you tell yourself when challenges come, Learn to forgive, I am a child of the King of the Universe, no evil will prosper against me, or Remain in Peace. What are the beliefs that serve as your truths? What are the values that help you determine right from wrong actions? It’s important to write them down, to serve as your rules to guide and protect you. Refer to them often.

1 Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your bodies are the temples of the holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? … honor God with your bodies. May we choose wisely, the food you provide to sustain and strengthen us. Amen
