Exodus 20:18, And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off.

By this description of the sound of the Lord’s speaking one can only imagine what it was like to be present, one can be sure that the big bang did occur when God spoke the planets, solar systems and galaxies into existence; and the bible not only supports billions of years; it was the first source to present that information to mankind. Yet to this very day Christians choose to reject it as truth.
