Reading a book called, The World before the Flood, had a life changing conversion effect on him. Attending Prairie Bible College, he graduated with a diploma. After several years working in the Government of Alberta, then in Geophysical Exploration of Oil in Alberta, B.C., Jamaica, and Cuba, as well as preaching, he studied for 7 years at the University of Alberta, gaining a Teaching diploma; degrees in language and literature, majoring in studies in Spanish, French, Greek. Hebrew, Maths, and Geography and a year of German were included in these studies. Also took first of two year Ph.D. Course in Comparative Literature.
After marriage and three glorious daughters, teaching and farming for some years, retirement allowed travel and conference speaking in both Costa Rica and Jamaica for the past 20 years.view less
