About this ebook

This book is written to clarify the Biblical return of the Lord. Many are looking for the Lords return based on Acts 1:11 as two angels speak:
, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. King James Version
The error of the Lords return date is the Second Greatest deception among Christians. We want all God-kind to make their better eternal destiny.
God gave us an actual time line.

David J. McCarthy

David J. McCarthy As a young child I read the Bible and found myself on a ball field at school with one kid sitting on the wooden fence and he asked, (while influenced by the wrong source)'What are you going to do?' I replied, (although really the Holy Spirit) 'I am going to preach, heal the sick, and cast out devils.' After this the boys standing around me proceeded to beat and kick me. At that time I did not really know all that I know today, so the devil was able to push me around more easily. Now I know the devil is under my feet. There is much more that has happened to me in my life involving things the Lord has personally told me like the meaning of His Name and the subject of God’s Timeline involving these last days. These are now the last days. Men now have to repent. That means change their minds about what Christ has done for them on the cross.

    DEDICATION

This book is dedicated first of all to the Lord who is a Good God and cares affectionately for His God-kind. I also wish to mention my sister Jeannie and my other siblings who helped support me while I attended Bible College. This will be the first of many books. I also thank God for a faithful wife, Sandy who has prayed through. She has been an inspiration in my life to continue with the work of these books.

    PROLOGUE

The Lord called me to bring forth His True Name, the Meaning of His Name. So you will often find in my writings, speeches, and books that I use the meaning of His Name. Yes the translators gave us the Name as Jesus but He told me that this ‘J-E-S-U-S’ was not His Name and proved it over and over again from the scriptures. Do you think He may know His own Name? I double dog dare you to ask Him! He is quite alive and can tell you Himself. The first proof that He gave me is Matthew: 1:21. So you will often find that I substitute the Meaning as Saviour, Healer, Prosperity, or Get Victory for His Name in the quotes and scriptures. Understand who may want you to be mad about these Good Meanings versus spelling it J-E-S-U-S or pronouncing His Name like Jesus.

    DEFINITIONS AND ABBREVIATIONS

    Abbreviations

    NKJV—New King James Version

    KJV—King James Version

    TBN—Trinity Broadcasting Network

    Some definitions

Seventh Day—A reference to the last of the days on earth. It is sometimes referred to as the Millennium, where one day represents a 1000 years. This is a reference to the last 1000 years on the earth.

Seven Days—A reference to Creation of Genesis or the Book of Beginnings. Sometimes referred to as 7000 years where a day is as a 1000 years.

The Last Days—A reference to the last 3 days of the 7 days of a week or the last 3000 years of the earth.

    Some references

Strong’s Concordance (or the Strong’s exhaustive concordance)—this is a reference to words of the original language most typically referenced from the KJV of the Bible. It gives alternate meanings to the words that were used in other chapters and verses of the Bible (KJV). These alternate meanings are usually only definitions used in the translation of the Bible (KJV).

Bible—the traditional translation of Greek(or Latin) and Hebrew into another language accepted by most Christian Religions. It was not originally written with Chapter and Verse. These were added as a reference system. This is sometimes referred to as scripture or the Holy Word.

Gregorian Calendar—The present calendar system used by most of the English, European and Christian world.

Devil—Adversary of God in meaning. There is a leader and there are followers in spiritual form on the Earth.

God—The definition is slightly vague in our language. Some have stated that the idea of god comes from the shortened word good. So that god is an almighty (or powerful) being that seeks the good of others. Then the devil is the antithesis of the idea of good.

Maccabean—There is a historical account included with some Bibles that is not included with the King James Version. The general idea of the KJV was to include only books that used and mentioned God and His Name. This book relates to the Jewish celebration of Hanukkah when the temple was abandoned for a period of time where normally the candles before God would have run out of oil and stopped burning. It is believed a miracle happened and God kept the candles burning. It also accounts for a period of time not represented by KJV books.

    Note:

The author takes some liberty in using the meaning of the Lord’s Name in scriptural references instead of the Letter/Sound translation given by the translators.

    CHAPTER 1

The Lord Is Expected to Return

Angels responded to men gazing into heaven as the Lord left them.

    KJV

    Acts 1:11

. . . , Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Many have been expecting the Lord’s return to the earth. There have been many theories put forth and other put their reputations on the line stating the actual time of the Lord’s return.

The error in this area has existed since the Lord was taken up into heaven. It is the Second greatest deception the devil (or adversary of God) has worked in among Christians.

    CHAPTER 2

    Does the Present Calendar

    Agree With Bible Time?

Around 1990 I heard a man on TBN preaching about how we might see the Lord as soon as 1993. I asked the Lord if what he (the preacher) said was true. I had this great Check in my spirit that it wasn’t true. I said it all sounded really good but I still received this great Check in my spirit. I only knew then that there was something that was greatly missed and misunderstood.

The ultimate idea that the Lord would return by 2000 involves many scriptures but we can start with what we have in

    KJV

    II Peter 3: 8

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Many believe that many things quoted as a ‘day’ in the Bible represent 1000 years. For example the creation of the earth was done in 7 days and most believe this represents our lifetime on the earth as well. Included in this idea is that the Lord rested from creation of the earth and mankind on the seventh day.

    KJV

    Genesis Chapter 2:

2:   And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

3:   And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
