Carolyn MF Brown

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Carolyn Mae Faison Brown is a nine year recipient of a kidney donated to her from her sister, Brenda D. Combs on September, 2001. Carolyn was employed for eighteen years as an {ekg}, electrocardiographic technician and had worked part time as an {eeg}, electroencephalographic technician. In her spare time, she spends with her husband, Reginald exercising at the YMCA; attending movies with her daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law or just relaxing, talking to her son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren in Scott AFB (air force base) Illinois. Her husband has died.

Introduction

Welcome, to my first book of poems called, Heart To Heart.

Now, why did I decide to write a book of poems? Well, I wanted

to leave young adults as well as my children
