Acknowledgments
I am who I am because of my parents, Larry (who I miss every day) and Esther (who I am so blessed to still have with me).
I will never stop thanking them, as long as I live.
Thank you Mom, for always believing in me.
Nothing means anything without sharing it with you.
My children, Tracy-Lynn, Sheridan and Bryce, inspire and support me every day. You kiddos will always be the best work I’ve ever done.
This book would never have happened were it not for my lifelong best friend since Kindergarten, Randi Kopp, who kicked my ass and helped me submit it to publishers. Every woman needs her ride or die.
Randi, you know you’re mine and always will be.
To my squad (you know who you are), thank you for being there through thick and thin. You are the wind beneath my wings, always!
Finally, my deep thanks to Brian, who in spite of everything, shows up every day and does his very best. I know it’s tough for you to see my pain put to paper. I thank you for encouraging me to spread my wings and speak my truth. I love you.
