Shiella Bowler
Shiella has been writing her feelings throughout her life in a variety of mediums and holds copyrights for poems, short stories, and even a song. Her work has even inspired her friends to write. She is a life-long resident of Washington, DC and a career civil servant. She published her first short story in 1989, followed by many of her poems.
