Have a New You!: The Power of Change
()
About this ebook
Most likely, you have tried a few things along the way to become a new you. You have tried . . . and failed. This time, its going to be different. You will become a new you. But its a little scary, right? After all, being in a rut is sometimes a lot more comfortable. To make any change, you have to decide you want to make that change and be willing to do the work required to get there.
Why be less when you can be more?
You are not your past just as you are not your future. If you dwell on the past, you tend to rely on past experiences too much to make your decisions. Remember, you are capable of more than you achieved in the past. The moment you change your thoughts, you change your world. Change is a knowledge thing! Just do it! What you really want in your life now may have changed dramatically from old goals. If you neglect to question yourself about this, you can easily end up following old patterns. Remember, the actions you take in here and now create the many possible futures that can exist for you.
Choosing to stand still means that in fact you can go backward because the world changes around you. And when your world changes, even in small ways, you eventually get dragged along, sometimes kicking and screaming because not everyone embraces change. Just recognizing that change is inevitable can be a relief. Putting yourself in charge of the changes you experience make the journey a lot more enjoyable.
Accept the truth about yourself.
Boost your confidence by identifying the lies you are telling yourself and putting them to the rest for good.
Change your life by concentrating on becoming who you really want to be in life.

Introduction
Change is a knowledge thing! Just do it!
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
How many times have you tried to change your own habits, only to find that changing yourself is even harder than trying to change someone else? I believe there is a reason you picked up this book. You would like to see a few things or many changes in you. You may have tried other ways of helping this change along. But have they worked? Nope. You’re the very best person I have written this book for. How many times have you committed to say no to something you know you will be asked to do ... Then finding yourself signing up anyway? How many times have you written yearly resolutions and accomplish nothing? How many times have you told yourself, I’ll never say that to my kids, then not only do you say it, but you say it with the same tone your mom and dad used with you?
Ok well, now you really need to come to the point where you know and understand what does change means, because change is a knowledge thing. To change is to be transformed (changed) by the entire renewal of your mind (by its new ideals and its new attitude), so that you may prove for yourself what is the good, acceptable and perfect will of God, even the things which are good, acceptable and perfect in His sight for you.
Change is from the willing heart, meaning you can only change if you are willing to and you can change someone else if he/she is willing to change, because most people are in a denial about the aspects of their lives which need change. Through the coaching process of this book you will also find that you’re stubbornly resisting change in certain areas of your
